My husband has been complaining about back pain and we had to get rid of the old mattress that sinks in. I was a little nervous ordering a mattress without trying it first. I received it 3 days after placing the order and it came in a box. Set up was super easy, just take it out of the package and put the mattress on bed. It almost fully expaned after opening the package. The first picture is how it looked 10min after we opened it. We slept on it the night we put it on. It's SO comfortable! It's just firm enough to support my joints, but it's cozy and soft right where I need it. I can lay in any position and feel supported and comfortable. My husband woke up before me in the morning and I didn't even felt him exit the bed. He said it's the best sleep he'd had in a long time. BTW, it's pretty heavy, so you might need some help if you are a smaller buid. :P Now, we have been sleeping on the bed for about 3 months, it feels like how it was on day 1 and we still love it so much!! The hight felt increased a bit (the 2nd picture was taken today). I stongly recommend it!!

I bought this queen size mattress for my apartment bedroom. It definitely exceeds my expectation. The Mattress is soft and comfy. It is not firm and not too soft. It hugs me very well, very elastic and rebound quickly. It also absorbs heat very well to keep me warm at night. It has dirt protection layer so is very resistant to moist and dirts. Given the size and thickness of the mattress, It is actually quite light. An adult man can carry it and walk some distances with no problem.The quality of this mattress is also very high. It is made of high quality foam and springs and has no strange smell. Sleeping on it, I don’t feel the spring at all. It comes vacuum-sealed and expanded quickly when opened. It arrived in perfect condition.Overall it is a great mattress and the price is reasonable. Definitely get a good deal and recommeneded.

The things I like about the mattress is the light weight making it easier to make the bed. I bought the mattress for a guest room but slept in it to check it out. I liked the firmness and the soft surface was easy on my old bones.

The media could not be loaded.  The Novilla mattress provides very good support to my head and spine and it has a comfy and soft plush pillow top to provide me some good night sleep. I have tried different brands and types of mattress (springs or memory foams) in the past couple years and finally I found one that is just about right for my back and does not sink with good support. The 2 layers of foams help to relive pressure. The firmness of the mattress is about right.The mattress came vacuum sealed and is easy to resume and expand to its original size. It also makes the logistics so easy that I can carry it to my room by myself without asking any help. I am satisfied with this mattress especially with this price. I highly recommend it.

It comes with nice Vacuum packaging so package is smaller than the actual mattress. But It needs a-least two people to carry it to the house because it is heavy I can’t bring this mattress by myself . Overall this queen mattress is very good and comfortable and it is in a good quality. Also mattress bounce back to normal quickly after you opened it . It doesn’t make any noises when u sleep on it, me and my boy friend really like this mattress because it brings you better quality of sleep and you enjoy sleeping on it.

decided to edit the review to give more detail on the bed.This bed is like a giant marshmallow but has the right amount of firmness. It's like a soft cloud that you just want to snuggle into. This bed is a nice balance between soft and firm. You sink in, and it's like a big hug. After a long day of working and running around once you lay down your body is like, im finally at rest. It's like the bed gets you. it's a quiet escape from the world. The material is cool. Its not too hot, not too cold. you can easily get out of the bed without disturbing anyone else if they are in the bed as well. I was torn between which size i needed to buy, between a twin and a full. I would and a full size and Im glad i did. the twin measurements seemed kind of small for what i was needed this bed for. Overall, I am impressed with the bed and the affordability. I will most likely buy more beds like this in the future.

Its been time for a new mattress for a while, I suffer from back pain and any little thing helps. This matteres is so cool, literally i twnd to be hot natured and this mattress has a cooling effect that helps me stay asleep. My other mattress was over 8 years old and this is so wonderful now. I should have done this sooner. I look forward to getting the rest i need.
