There is a pseudoscience based electrolysis device that claims to remove toxins from your feet when you place your feet in the electrolysis tank during electrolysis. The purported evidence is that the electrolysis tank turns yellow-brown after the electrolysis treatment. This is supposedly evidence that toxins have been removed from your feet. In reality, the color is observed even if you don’t put your feet in the electrolysis tank because they use an iron anode. The iron slowly dissolves during the electrolysis process creating the yellow-brown color.
