So far so good. Use it to power our house 220v water pump when feeding the house with solar (that only powers the 110v sockets). Quiet operation. A little heavy, but that is to be expected if you want a robust feeling appliance.

As someone who recently moved from the United States to Europe, I cannot overstate how valuable the VEVOR 3000W Step Up/Down Transformer has been. Believe me, you'll be grateful for them — this is a serious piece of equipment with real copper coils inside, and it's quite heavy. The handles make it manageable to position and move when needed. The built-in safety features — overload protection, overcurrent protection, and a fuse backup — give me real peace of mind running an 1800W appliance through it daily. The automatic voltage detection is a nice touch too; no manual switching required. Is it an investment? Yes. But when the alternative is replacing perfectly good US appliances that you love and that aren't sold here, this transformer more than pays for itself. Highly recommended for fellow expats.
