Great lights
Installed these as exterior flood lights and they work great. They are very bright.

Good Except Cracked After 4 Months
would have rated this as 1 or 2 stars because the 1st bulb used started flickering after 4 months. However after talking to the seller (in China) who was extremely nice, the rating is 4 stars. They are supposed to send a replacement shortly. The bulbs are 5000K and have an aesthetic look. The Amazon page shows “ Life span: 50,000hours”.

These lights flicker or strobe light flash after a short period of time.
4 out of 5 of the lights flicker after they were installed in a standard receptacle. The light fixture did not have a dimmer switch option. The floodlights were inspected & tested thoroughly by an electrical engineer and found to be the sole cause of their own failure. Very unsatisfactory product. Do not buy from this manufacturer.

Burn out after 2wks
Light burn out after only 2 weeks of little use. $14/ light. I expected it last more than 2 wks. What a shame.

Super bright (almost too bright)
I replaced 4 outdoor halogen bulbs with these - and while I'm not huge on the 5k "super duper bright white" color, it does completely illuminate our previously dark driveway / garage so I'm getting used to it. Definitely too white for indoor use, but using these outdoors dropped our utility bill significantly. Good quality construction, lightweight, and totally interchangeable with regular bulbs.
