The dehydrator is simple and very convenient to use. It works exactly as designed to work. We used it extensively for around two months. One day while working it switched off and went dead. We were anxious whether Agaro would honor the one-year warranty on the product. However, the product support provided by the company was excellent. Our item was replaced in a seamless and hassle-free manner. We are once again using the product. However, out of extreme caution, we now use the product with an electronic cutoff switch that limits high and low voltage.

This might be ONE OF THE WORST products from Agaro. I have mentioned some time ago on another unit since I have 2 of these that the reliability of this absolutely sucks. I have had 5+ replacements in ~10 months so far. Customer service was good earlier and now they're making arbitrary claims to reject their own warranty terms. I'd seriously stay away from this, infact to quote their own customer service rep's (Saheli) words while rejecting my claim on 11-Sep-26, "our dehydrator isn't supposed to run continuously and for long, if that's what you want, you should buy another product". I'll own up if I am violating any listed conditions but since I'm not, I'll make sure to be reporting this malpractice in all ways that I can. This practice has actual losses caused for me and i genuinely hope no other has to go through this.

My, 1st dehydrator had shown technical issues within a month. I raised a complaint and got a replacement within a week. Hope, this works fine. The after sales support has 5 stars rating. They resolved the issue vey quickly and efficiently. I am just not much satisfied with the dehydrator itself, as it doesnot resume its operation after a power cut. So, if I set the dehydrator for say 12-18 hours, and in between if there is a power cut, or jut a power flickering, it doesn't resumes its operation once the power is back. I will have to reprogram it again.

Agaro regal food dehydrator is worth the price. It heats up quickly, maintains a steady temperature, and has plenty of space for large batches. The build quality feels durable, and it is easy to clean. What really stood out to me was the company's customer care. The heating unit malfunctioned, and their team was extremely responsive and fast in resolving my issue. They replaced the machine within a week of filing a complaint. Thank you

Do not buy at any cost! The worst product and simply waste of money. It's been just 3 months and the product is not working. I used it just twice.
