First of all I have so much trust in this doctor that I read everything he publishes pertaining to my blood type. This book has great photos, easy to follow directions, fantastic recipes, and at a good price.

Good for basic information and reference.
This book is very well written and concise. It is very well organized making it easy to follow. The book is structured in such a way that is a good read the first time through and a user friendly reference source going forward.

Great recipes and good information in the book
Great recipes and good information in the book. A four week menu plan is at the back of the book so you can put the plan to use. Some of the ingredients are not readily available in the grocery stores -- you may have to get them online or in a health food store. Otherwise, a good book. Easy to read and understand.

It tells you what you should or should not eat for your blood type. Very interesting read.

Not for the everyday kitchen
Some unusual ingredients for everyday cooking and a couple of recipes had ingredients that are on the “avoid” list. Disappointed. Was hoping this would get me jump started in the proper eating for my blood type. .

This whole diet concept is quite interesting. I am doing a cross between the blood diet and Paleo – grain free. Good information with good recipes.
