Comfortable and durable.
I camped out in Mississippi and there was a bad storm with heavy downpour. The river I camped next to increased by several feet. It was pouring down rain and I didn't add extra security and the rain fly worked. I didn't have leaks.I camped by myself and this tent was difficult to put together. I managed to get it done. It just took a bit longer. It would take me around 30-45 minutes because of my height. I am short (5'2"). The directions even recommend putting this tent together with another person. That was my fault for not investigating the tent more. I did not want to purchase a smaller tent for future camping trips with friends and family.Since it rained a lot, it was helpful to have that mudflap area before entering the tent. It's large. I put my chair outside the tent and enjoyed the rain for a while without getting wet.All and all this was a fantastic tent and worth every penny.

Great tent
The tent was easy to setup, and great for me and my dog. Plenty of room for us and our queen size air mattress. It rained a lot as well and we were perfectly dry inside!

Spacious and great quality for the price
Very spacious, the front covered mud room is useful. Materials and construction are solid quality especially given the price point. Highly recommended for basic camping.

Broken pole string within 3 minutes
One of the pole string broke during the set up after the first three minutes of opening the box. My son got this for Christmas. He is six. Needless to say he was super disappointed.

Cute lil tent
Bought this tent for our first camping trip last weekend. It's cute but smaller than expected and barely fit our air mattress. I love the front overhang/porch area, it was the selling point for me. The tent was a little difficult to put together following the directions. Had to watch a few YouTube videos. Overall good value for the money for a 2person tent.

I bought this tent for me and my 4 kids and we all fit great. It rained and we stayed dry!

Not quite as described
I purchased this tent because of the screen room and the price. Unfortunately the screen room floor is not attached so anything can just crawl under it. I need a tent with attached screen room. The size is awesome. Set up is easy peasy. The material is not as thick as my Coleman. Will return and spend the money on a Coleman.

Beware, fiberglass splinters broken pole
So bummed about this tent. Loved the idea of the design with the vestibule/front porch. First time I used it I was putting it together (not difficult) and the pole cracked and covered my hands in fiber glass splinters. Not fun.
