This transformer is good for 150w **Q: will this device serve three 5 watt LED lamps on a track?** A: Not sure about the answer but I suspect that the transformer is over powered for three 5 watt lamps (15w in total) which is outside of transformer range of 50w to 150w. Sorry i can not be of more help. **Q: I bought this transformer but it comes with no wiring diagram. My under cupboard lights had stopped working and I took a gamble that this was the cause of the problem and it was!It is easy to rewire. Just take photos before you disconnect wires from your defective one and copy like for like to this new one.
