Simple and easy to set up. You can add an additional HDD to expand the storage and use its full capabilities. Cameras are great quality. The cameras are power only Hardwired, the actual video / audio is on a private wireless network. You can add cameras to the home hub. So far the AI enhancement features are working well and this is by a mile better than my old ring stuff! I have the door bell from eufy and it's compatible with this system. Local storage is great and no monthly fee is even better! This is a domestic high quality system that works well for passive cctv, like not using / monitoring it from your phone 24/7 it records all the time but it’s a budget system. High end for a home but I’d think it wouldn’t be so good on larger house, after a typical 4/5 bed I’d be getting a wired system using Ethernet. Great for small properties unless they expand the range.

These are to be fair great camera’s when they work (which is the problem), picture quality is superb and the AI functions great. Very easy to setup The issue is 4 months in and 3 out of the 4 of them have failed (completely dead) and had to be replaced under warranty by Eufy, which in itself is a long and difficult process. Given how much these cost I expected a lot better so very disappointed, I notice that the replacement models have a different hardware build version so maybe it’s Just a bad batch

Got these to replace my google nest camera as I didn't want to pay £60 per year. The image quality is better, especially when you zoom in. Night vision is also clear. The only downside is that it could do with some basic instructions. It's trial and error, plus google, to find out how to set some things up.

IP67 failed during a heavy rain storm 2 days after the warranty expired on the old camera, otherwise the camera was great. Eufy did replace the camera and offered a discount on the new camera to compensate for the inconvenience. I suppose that once we have the next version of the app that fixes the time issue (1 hour adrift) on the recording playback screen we will be back to perfection

Reliability 👎. My Eufy security camera worked well at first with clear video and easy setup but it completely failed just after a year. It stopped powering on. I tried using the other power supply from another camera but no success. While the no-subscription feature is great, the poor long-term durability makes it hard to trust. Overall, good features—but not built to last. Save your money please ☹️

The quality is great as is the night vision, however retrieval of footage is problematic at the moment. Anker have taken steps to improve my experience which I really appreciate which means I’m happy to wait while the teething issues are ironed out. There are three options to download footage: -You record in the app which can only be done in realtime whilst watching it and allows you to start during continuous recording but if you play through an event you have to wait for it to finish before it will allow you to stop it. One of my cameras then just saves the bit up to the event and no more, the others save all that’s been recorded. -You can save an event, this one works well. -You can use the archive feature to export longer periods; this looks like it’s working but silently fails and doesn’t export all of the footage in my experience. I do have 4 cameras though so maybe that’s part of the issue I’ve had 3 months of problematic support trying to resolve the issues, where I’ve been repeating information as they keep ignoring what I’m saying. During which time the footage I was trying to export was lost, so I’ve not been able to provide it to the police. There are feature that I do appreciate such as the person, pet and motion detection. It does occasionally identify my static car as a person but that aside it is normally reasonably good. I was also able to integrate it into Home Assistant and use is as a binary motion sensor for my smart lights. Once the recording issues are ironed out it will be a very good system, as it stands it’s rather limited though. I was hoping to buy more cameras but until the recording issue is fixed I will hold off

UPDATE 13 MONTHS AFTER INSTALLATION I have several of these E330 Professional and they stop working within months. Camera 1: Installed in Dec 2023. Broken in January 2025. Out of warranty. The AI that they have now in their chat said 'Out of warranty'. And that's it. No solution, no suggestion for a reparation service, nothing. AI service was very rubbish (VOC.ai) Camera 2: Installed in Feb 2025. Broken in April 2024. Replaced under guarantee (Service was great to be honest) This model is obviously not made for outdoors use, despite branding it as 'Professional'. I don't believe that I am the only one who has bought the only two defective units in the UK Market. Let me know if any of you has experienced such statistically improbable outcome. **** INITIAL REVIEW The system is quiet easy to install and manage. The zoon is not as good as 'Eufy Security Floodlight Camera E340' despite being 4k and the latter 3k. I prefer the E340; however, the price is double, so depending on the use case this is good enough. One of the cameras broke down after 2 months (rain). Fortunately the return process was very smooth and the supplier didn't create hurdles replacing the camera very quickly. Will keep using the brand.
