I grew up using a commercial grinder and a separate stuffer so I was hesitant to use this for both. I double ground 10lbs of pork in about 10 minutes. I mixed in the spices for Italian Sausage and stuffed it in 32mm casing and that only took about 10 minutes. The stuffing is a two person job, but I didn't get any air bubbles. The one thing I wish this had was a variable speed for stuffing, as it goes pretty fast, but I got a feel for it and it was fine. I definitely recommend getting a foot controller for the stuffing, I have one and it helped a lot. Lastly, it was pretty quiet, I expected it to be louder, but you can definitely talk over it.
