Easy to install, easy to maintain and really easy to lose yourself as you chill out in this great little hot tub!...You can barely hear it when it's filtering...The bubbles are pretty noisy but only because they are so vigorous and you'll soon forget about that when you sit back and relax...It's base is really soft and comfortable...It's walls are firm enough and there's loads of room in it for two adults plus a couple of kids or maybe even three to four adults could fit at a push...having left it at 20 degrees, it heats up to 40 in 8 hours so just turn it up in the morning and it's ready to enjoy in time for an evening session....not sure of the running costs yet as I haven't checked the electricity bill but the only real negative so far is that I wish I'd got one sooner!

Easy set up good size I would say it’s comfortable to fit 3 adults & a child in .Bought this to use in summer hols for myself & grandson he loves it .Its very sturdy quick to inflate & easy to empty & refill getting the ph right takes a bit trial & error.We check each morning & add + or - granules .One chlorine tablet lasts about a wk .And found it easy to empty clean then refill water .We had an electrician fit outdoor sockets so keep it plugged in to maintain temp at about 32 & adjust temp up if we know we goin in later .Very happy would recommend this hot tub .Bought a gazebo to fit over giving a bit privacy.

This is a great hot tub for the money! Very sturdy & so easy to set up. The only thing that isn't so good is that it loses temperature quickly when the bubbles are on. It goes down by 1-2 degrees in a 20 min bubble cycle so we tend to start with it very hot & accept that after a 45 min session, the temp will be down to about 35 & then we get out. If you use the bubbles less, it will hold its temperature better.

I highly recommend this product, arrived on time, delivery driver excellent and took package straight to my Gazebo in the garden. Instructions easy to follow although it took me a few mins to work out where the filter went. I would advise to fill with warm water via a mixer tap if you can as heating from stone cold would take a fair while. Bubbles are great fun as well as therapeutic, I got this tub for myself whom suffers arthritis & my sister who has fibro myalgia, we both felt truly relaxed after just the first time using it (Sat 30th March 19), we also had a fabulous Hot tub party to ourselves on Mothers Day, what more could you ask. Looking forward to lazy days in the tub this summer. (Warning do not put anything in the tub that is not recommended by the retailer as one of my friends put radox in his last year, turned bubbles on and ended up with a garden resembling a kids bubble factory LOL LOL)

This spa is more like a small kids paddling pool than a hot tub for adults to enjoy. We used it a handful of times and it stopped working. As we were so disappointed with it we asked to return it and get a refund. They said no. We had to dismantle it and arrange for it to be collected for repair. They sent it back without any of the parts. I then had to arrange for the parts to be returned. They sent back the parts but left one out. We only discovered this after putting it back up. I then had to arrange for the final missing part to be sent back. We put it back up snd it’s taken 4 days to warm up to 22 degrees. I had to contact them again and they are now saying there heater is broken and I have to arrange for it to be collected again for repair. The company are a nightmare to deal with, we’ve been able to use it 4 times since we purchased it last November. We’ve always had Lazy-spas before which have been great, the water level is high enough to actually cover your body and they feel like a hot tub. This does not!! This product and the customer service with this coming year is seriously poor. Avoid!!!!!

Very sturdy and looks great. You can have the heater and the bubble jets on at the same time. Plenty of space for two adults and two children. Bit cosy for four adults but there is enough room. Sturdy cover which is easy to get on and off. A great buy.

An excellent portable Spa. Even though small, it feels quite roomy when in it, it runs quietly and does everything it says on the tin. We are very pleased with it. It will pay future purchasers to also get chlorine tablets and a floater etc, as it should be sanitized from the start. We have had it 4 or 5 weeks and still have the original clear water which I test regularly and adjust the ph level as needed. Overall a good buy.

I have mine for a month now and so far so good. So easy to set up on your own, the instructions are even on the tub. Took 4 mins to inflate, 40 mins to fill with hose, chemicals in and heated up for next day. I use it 2/3 times a day and seems to help my fibromyalgia pain which is good. Nothing on the outside as pump etc all inside which is plus for me. I was surprised how good this is.

Le colis est arrivé comme prevu. Le jacuzzi a un look tres qualitatif. L’exterieur est noir, l’interieur gris clair argenté. Montage tres facile! J’ai regardé la video de montage de la marque sur internet car la notice de montage dans le colis etait en tcheque! Depuis, je profite du jacuzzi :) les bulles sont tres bien, le chauffage de l’eau monte sans problème jusque 39 degres. La couverture inclue est isothermique.
