I read some of the mixed reviews about this product and wondered whether to buy but thought I’d go for it as I hate cleaning windows. Thank goodness I did, it’s fabulous. For context, I have filthy windows because I’m having a total renovation. It’s not without some niggles, which I will go into later in the review but overall the windows are spotless for very little effort or time on my behalf and that’s a win for me! It’s quiet and strangely enchanting watching this little robot doing its work with no help from me. No water is required, all you need to add is cleaning solution. Ensure you charge the machine fully before you use the machine as it doesn’t come charged. Some of the issues are 1/ Battery life isn’t the best. I have a lot of big windows. It’ll probably take a week to get around them all initially as the battery only really lasts for 2 sets of bifolds but as I say, it’s doesn’t take much effort. When I’ve got the initial clean done I will probably just do a couple of windows a week as a maintenance program. 2/ Sometimes the cleaner gets stuck for no reason. It might be because the windows are so dirty and all you have to do is take the pad off the window and turn it on again so not too much of a problem. 3/ There is an ongoing cost with this machine besides the electric to charge it up which is the cleaning solution, which again is not cheap but I’m sure it’s cheaper than a window cleaner. 4/ The instructions are a little confusing initially and I had to watch a YouTube video but once you know, you know. This machine is a considered purchase but it does a great job and overall I’m glad I took the plunge.

Great for my Ecovacs robot

Overall very pleased with this window cleaner. We have A LOT of windows in our house, and this has taken all the work out of it, very pleased. We only ever use it on the deep clean setting as the other 2 settings leave the windows smeary. Something to bear in mind though, it only cleans rectangle windows, we have a number of windows that go into a triangle at the top and it does not clean these areas.

I was half-expecting the usual disappointment of an over-priced, over-hyped product that turned out to be rubbish. Nothing could be further from the truth. This thing is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. we have lots of very large and very tall windows. It’s really clever in that it returns to its start point - so it climbs to the top and comes back down. I have only used it on fast clean since it does a really good job - haven’t needed to switch to deep cleaning - and our windows were really dirty. I cannot recommend this enough. It’s not cheap but wow is it worth it!!!

After reading all the positive reviews the end result is very disappointing. Used the winbot on 3 large south facing windows with the supplied fluid. After 3 washes inside and out although the windows are clean the finish leaves streaks as others have stated in reviews. I tried various modes and ensuring the microfibre cloth is damp as instructed but as soon as the sun shines on the glass they look awful. The pictures do not capture how they actually look. I have emailed the winbot support team, I will be returning if they can’t advise how to get a clear finish

Understand what the reviewer below says about domestic use - with smaller windows, it’s done in 5 minutes and you have to move it to the next. But we love it as it does a great job, even in corners, and it means we save on a regular window cleaner. We have a couple of larger windows and it’s amazing for those!

I was skeptical at first, but this product is impressive. It cleans my large ground floor windows without the need for a ladder, and it's mess-free. It did a better job than I could have done on my own and so far I'm very happy with it. .

Amazing I just received my WINBOT today and I’ve done nine windows inside and out and they are spotless. Get the awkward areas that I cannot get to as I live on a high floor. Very happy with my purchase.
