I started taking this ginseng about a month ago because I heard about it's effects on strengthening the immune system and helping the body cope with stress. I don't normally get ill, but the last 6-7 months before I started taking this supplement, I was really run down and constantly getting infection after infection. I decided to try something new and different and wasn't sure if there would be any effect. I'm pleasantly surprised with the results. I haven't been ill whilst taking this supplement, despite being around sick people most days and I don't look or feel run down anymore. I haven't had any side effects and I would definitely recommend trying this product to boost your immune system. I would say that the capsules are a large size, but are easy to swallow. Vegavero have great and friendly communication and next day delivery. I highly recommend them

Tryied these tablets now for 2 min don’t see any results at all ,waste of money

It does what it says on the bottle, since I have been taking them my wife and son have both had the flu and usually I get it next ...... but no! .... I did not get it and feel great, so I gave some to my wife who had already had the flu with a bad cough for around a week. After three days she had got rid of the flu. so my wife and I will take regular.

I dont feel any different on these when compared to other brands (which I randomly cycle). A bit disappointing that I do not feel the normal uplift as these are meant to be stronger and purer brand - I hope I'm not cheated. I wonder if they will take half a tub back for retesting to make sure its true ginseng

Effective product. I have been taking it for two weeks now (in the morning), and just one a day helps me to regain energy and focus. I tried taking 2 pills and coffee, which got me anxious, but this is me... for sure there are individual differences.

This product has had no effect on me at all to be honest so after using one tub I really would like to know when they my start helping my condition. I havie type 2 diabetes. I’d be quite happy to continue taking of things start to change. I was advised to try this and said it was amazing ,unfortunately at present not for me.
