Hands down the best pillow EVER!! I bought this for my daughter and she rated it a PERFECT 10. She said it’s so soft, fluffy, and helps her neck and back alignment!! She wakes up refreshed with no neck or back pain and sleeps like a baby. Its cool side is amazing and the warm side is soothing. I’m now going to purchase one for myself!!🤍

2nd night on my new pillow and the best sleep score in ages. As a sidesleeper with cervical spondylosis and a cpap user, I have a huge collection of pillows in my search for a pain free night of sleep. I've been using a similar style travel sized pillow and wanted to refresh it when I came across this brand. It's similar to my old one in shape and that you can adjust the filling which was really hard to get right, but this one was perfect for me right out of the box. I know there are loads of people with the same issues as me so I wanted to put this review out there for those looking for a comfortable pillow. Time will tell how it holds up, but I'm thrilled with the excellent night's sleep I've gotten with this pillow.

I LOVE this pillow! I’m a side sleeper and have been looking forever for the right pillow for me and this is it! I love that it comes with more filler - though I didn’t use it. It’s comfy and fluffs up to what you need. I mostly love the cool side and I wish both sides were cool. I bought an extra pillow case for it that fits perfectly. I gave it 4 stars because the silk liner started getting a run and has torn open after a year of average use. I didn’t add extra filling nor do I fluff it up usually. With a 3” hole in the seam I now have lots of mini foam pieces falling out when I take the main pillow case off to wash. I hate to toss it but don’t have much of a choice. I absolutely love this pillow but only one year of use makes it a bit costly to keep replacing. :(

I’m writing this review after using it for months .. it’s really helpful for my neck.. the curve lets me sleep right without need for keeping my hand under the head to give comfort .. it is used regularly as my primary pillow yet it kept shape .. still looks pretty and strong giving good support to the neck. They do give extra filling however after months I still don’t need to fill it extra with icy confirmed they put good quality filling inside .. Very durable and worth the price

I purchased this for my girlfriend. She told me she gets hot and her neck and shoulders hurt her. I saw this pillow and ordered it, first it's made with quality and it looks amazing. It is definitely soft and it stays cool on one side and warm on the other. I'm going to get me one! They are very comfortable. I'm happy with my purchase.

Never really got it to exactly where we want it, we just keep pulling out a lot of foam and yes, you have to punch down the center to wherever you want to put your head. If you want an extra firm pillow, this will be for you. I felt like my neck was being tweaked, again just having a tough time getting it where I want it to be.

I’m a side sleeper, and I have shoulder/neck pain pretty much every evening after work. I had an impinged nerve in my shoulder that never healed… I’ve been trying to find a pillow that actually helps, I tried numerous companies with different price ranges. I was skeptical when I got this pillow. I arrived and I realized I never had a queen pillow before, so I needed a pillowcase for it, that’s fine, since you can always put a big pillowcase on a small pillow not the other way. So ok solved. I liked the idea that I could adjust it myself, but then it’s basically tiny pieces of memory foam inside which were falling out and I thought at first it was annoying. Actually it was extremely satisfying to touch them, but I could literally adjust the thickness and firmness of the pillow to my like! The crescent shape was weird and I couldn’t understand how to use it, but omg I think it’s my favorite pillow. I’m a side sleeper with dinosaur hands and constant neck problems. Those edges of the pillow keep my chin lifted which makes me clench less during sleep. I love that I could adjust it myself, yes it seems inconvenient at first, but man, I didn’t sleep through the night for almost a year until this pillow. It’s trial and error, but it’s definitely worth it! For this price, I was surprised with the quality of pillowcase, how much actual stuffing it has. You can make it fluffy, or sturdy up to you, there is enough of foam, and they include a bag with additional foam if it’s not enough. Just get it honestly, the worst thing is that you won’t sleep on this pillow, but the stuffing can be still utilized. I really think it’s worth a try, it’s not so expensive and not cool “will fix your spine and make you a super star” pillow, but I definitely feel like one after sleeping on it. Also for people with ADHD/ASD, it really helps me with my dinosaur hands, I somehow end up being relaxed all night and I even stopped grinding my teeth, which I thought would never happen. So far this pillow is a life saver for me

These pillows are very comfortable! I am very picky about pillows due to neck problems. They come with extra fill if you want to make them a little firmer. Also the covering is very luxurious feeling to touch. My husband loves his too!

Another waste of mone on China pillows. THE WORST ZIPPERS, can't get any cheaper than plastic zippers that don't open. Third pillow with this stupid cheap problem. Spend a little more and get better quality.

Took a lot of fluff out. Shoulder pain less going side. Like how it curves and hugs around shoulder when lying on back.

I LOVE this pillow. I just got it and have only slept 2 nights and meditated several hours in bed with it so far. For context: I have a severe chronic illness plus a bunch of chronic pain, including shoulder bursitis/arthrosis an, osteoarthritis in a lot of my joints, and a lot of migraines, neck and back pain. I am mostly a side sleeper but end up on my back a lot too. This pillow is super comfortable whether on my back or side. It advertises that it's like sleeping on a cloud. It really does! Feels like a dream and in fact I am getting more REM sleep and remembering more dreams since using it. I'm surprised how effectively the pillow has taken the pressure off the shoulder I sleep on. Because of all my pain and symptoms, it was taking me 15-20 minutes to arrange pillows and blankets to find the least painful position. No more of that! Settling into bed takes about 5 minutes now and I am SO. MUCH. MORE. COMFORTABLE.

I waited a bit before reviewing because I wanted to be sure how I really felt about this pillow. Overall, it’s very comfortable. It’s generously sized, feels plush without being overly soft, and I was relieved to find that it’s not lumpy at all (which was my biggest concern with shredded memory foam). It fluffs up nicely and feels substantial. Support-wise, it does a great job. Even though it’s not one solid piece of foam, it still provides excellent support and keeps its shape better than I expected. The adjustable fill is also a nice bonus if you want to customize the height. A couple of downsides: the cooling fabric is only on one side, which was a little disappointing. Also, I do find myself flipping it during the night because it compresses over time. It’s comfortable, but it doesn’t stay as lofty as when you first lay down. Overall, it’s a high-quality, supportive pillow with great comfort. Not perfect, but definitely worth considering if you like adjustable shredded memory foam pillows
