Perfect for built in crib changer
I actually bought this for my changing table. I have a crib that has the built in changing table on the side and it fits perfectly!! The one it came with was way too thin... I search EVERYWHERE for a pad that was small enough for the changing table I had and this was the only one I was able to find!I bought bassinet sheets to go over and they fit great!

Great mattress, abysmal packaging
The mattress is the perfect size for my antique cradle, and is made of a waterproof material, which makes it easy to clean! I'm very happy with it overall. The packaging was truly awful though. It came folded in half and shoved in a box that looked older than my grandmother, with the tape falling off so the box was literally open when I received it. No other padding or protective covers were added - just folded, shoved into box, crappily taped, and shipped. It's still in fine shape, I just wiped it down, but it was pretty disappointing to see how it was shipped.

Good mattress
Took forever to arrive, and package got lost so they had to send out new ones which also took forever to arrive. Good quality though.

Too soft for an infant in my opinion
Mattress is as described, but if I could have found any other that was the right size I would have returned. It's very soft and squishy. While that is great for adults or older children, most of the recommendations I have read seem to point to having a firm mattress for newborn infants. Will keep as the base of bassinet is wooden and with the mattress only being 2in thick, I think I can make it work. Will see how baby sleeps on it. Just feels really cheap but I suppose that's what you get for a $33 mattress.

30 year old cradle
We are using a cradle that my 31 year old sister slept in when she was born for our new baby. We couldn’t find a mattress that would fit due to the size. When I came across this one, I was super excited! The other reviews state there was a small cut in the plastic but I just put that side down and put a waterproof king size pillow case over top. These pillow cases zip up. Then I used a regular king size pillow case as a fitted sheet. Works perfect!!!
