H4/9003 LED CANbus Decoder - Anti-Flickering Harness Error Free Resistor Capacitor for LED Bulb, Pack of 2

I got these because of an LED upgrade for my truck. The headlamps were supposed to be plug and play, but the hi-beams wouldn't function and the fog lamps wouldn't turn on. Someone suggested using one these on the passenger side headlamp. They arrived fast, and installation was fairly simple. I opted to mount it on the frame, in case of excessive heating. It worked! All the lamps turned on, but only the driver's side hi-beam functioned. After I installed the second unit, on the driver's side, all lamps and beams functioned correctly. The only downside I could see with these is installation space. I have an older full sized truck, and finding a spot to mount the units was a little challenging.

Installed LED bulbs in our 99 Toyota 4runner. All good except no high beam indicator. Installed these in 10 minutes, Voila! High beam indicator now works. As far as longevity, we will see.

I just installed these 08/31/2023, alongside the (attached to) "ACAUTO H7 LED Headlight Bulbs, 500% Brighter 20000LM F-CLS1H7" bulbs. They seem to work very well, in the moment, and there is no sign of LED flickering in the 2005 Saab 9-3 2.0t Arc automatic that they have been installed in, thankfully! Install was relatively easy, even in the somewhat confined spaces of the headlights. I recommend testing the LEDs, with these, one at a time BEFORE putting everything in its proper place and buttoning everything up nicely. Just sitting open, on the radiator so you can see clearly from the interior on the driver's side seat. Make sure the LEDs are bright, the fans are audible (of there are fans) and there is now flickering. I did one at a time, buttoned up each one individually and everything is working thus far. :) Update 08/31/2023: I very prematurely submitted a positive review (above) of this product without thoroughly giving it the time needed to make a more accurate determination... It is now several hours after the bulbs were originally installed, today. This canbus did not completely negate the flashing, pulsing of the aforementioned LEDs above. When the vehicle is turned off, or the lights are switched off while the vehicle is on, they LEDs continue to flash. The pulsations are merely dimmer and less frequent. Also the canbus cut the luminosity of the bulbs literally in half. If you look at the attached video you will notice how much brighter the LED on the right side is (without the canbus attached), compared to how dim the LED on the left side is (WITH the canbus attached). Both of these issues are unacceptable to me. It looks like I may have to give up on these LEDs as an option and simply go back to the Halogen bulbs. I hope this review is somewhat helpful. Excellent. Functionalities like described

purchased led headlight for my motorhome. led lights caused the brights to stay on and would not go to low beam and blue high beam indicator stayed illuminated. installed the decoder now everything works perfect. you will not believe how bright the LED LIGHTS are. IF YOU HAVE A NEWER VEHICLE WITH REGULAR HALOGEN BULBS, GO AHEAD AND ORDER THE DECODER. DONT GET THE CHEAP DECODER.

Took care of a DRL error on 2010 Insight that I put LED headlight bulbs in. Install problem when dealing with the large odd dust/moisturet cap that is used on this model. you are NOT able to put the decoder in the housing and fit the dustcap back on, so I just used some pull-ties and capped of the 4"-ish hole that the dustcap would normally cover. Customer service was excellent.

So far the decoders are doing their jobs. Currently is being used on a jeep grand Cherokee(wk) 2008 for aftermarket headlight housings that use h7 bulbs. Rated it 4 stars only due to the fact I was shipped the pair of the decoders with one of them being used. Make sure to attach them to a metal portion in the engine bay due to them getting hot during use (normal behavior).

Installed the Nilight 9005 with the Neno II LED headlamps on a 2016 Jeep Cherokee. So far no issues identified.

Funciona perfecto, instale unos focos led en una Nissan Xterra 2002 y al encender los focos estaban en altas y al poner en la palanca las luces altas se activaban las bajas y solo encendía solo uno de los dos focos, con esto se solucionó el problema.

Hasta ahora no me ha vuelto a aparecer la advertencia de las luces fundidas en el tablero. Y fue muy fácil la instalación.

I used this product with some LED bulbs on a Jeep Patriot. Because of the pulse modulated voltage the vehicle uses for the head lights, LED bulbs do not work properly. This RC filter eliminated the problem (in this case, the capacitor is essential). I had to reinforce the cable at one of the connectors with some tape, but other than that, so far so good.
