I have bought so many pans that have "rocked" on my glass cooktop. Is this pan absolutely flat or does it rock and spin around?

I cook exclusively on a glass cooktop and this pan sits level. I cook tofu as well (for any vegans buying a grill pan) and it's great with marinades.

Depends on thickness and desire of rare-medium. I like my steak Med/rare and maybe 1 1/2 “-2” thick. I grill 5 on one side 5 on the other side. Pan is really hot when steak is out in. This pan does the best job on meats more so than any other pan I have. I love this pan

Is this pan dishwasher safe?

Although it could be washed in dishwasher I would not. It comes clean almost by wiping with a paper towel and that means the surface stays in better condition. This is a chef grade pan so they are usually not put through the harsh detergent and dishwasher or shortens life of the pan.

Can I use on electric stove?

Yes. I have an electric stove and it works fine.
