LOVE THESE!!! I bought four!!! I had ORIF surgery for a broken fibula and these were awesome in helping to reduce swelling and bruising. The ice pack wrapped completely around my calf and stayed cold for over an hour. I removed the pack after an hour and it was still a bit cold. These freeze well, maintain the icy cold, easy to use, comfortable and the velcro strap is a must!!!

This is a great ice pack. It stays cold long enough to be use on two different parts sequentially without having to refreeze it. It folds into a a uniform rectangular shape or can be refrozen flat. The strap works OK and has a velcro end to wrap around smaller parts and there is a slot to insert the strap for larger areas.

Good size. I like the protective bag.

The size, effectiveness, length of time it stays cold and price are good. Only reason I knock off a star is one side is fuzzy and the other is not. The not fuzzy side gets super icy and then melts and drips all over. I have figured out how to deal with it which is by folding a towel to sandwich between my back and the pack and folding it over so it soaks up the melting frost as it melts. Not sure why they didn't just make both sides fuzzy. Other than that, nice ice pack that covers a big area and lasts plenty long to cool the area.

I mainly have used this on my knees and lower back and it works great! Stays nice and cold for 25-30 minutes in my experience, which is more than enough. Refreezes quickly in a few hours too and doesn't take up too much space in the freezer. The velcro keeps it in place so it doesn't slide around.

Stays cold for a long time. Folds up neatly for easy placement in the freezer. Comes with its own bag To catch any condensation. Has smooth vinyl on one side and cloth-like material on the other. Use the vinyl side if you want it at its coldest.

This is the largest pack I could find and it works great for large areas. It stays cold much longer than some smaller packs. But since it is so big, it's also a bit heavy. If you don't need large coverage, it may be more than you need. But it's certainly worth having something like at home, before you need it.

Product strap is too short. I am 6ft 2in, 265lbs, regular to slight muscle build. The strap is very tight under my arm, coming around my upper chest, upper back area, with the ice pack resting on my shoulder, but also digging in the side of my neck. Each time I adjust it, it slides back up within seconds. The strap is barely connecting during this.
