I have tried other stress B vitamins. These seem to realax me the most. They are easily digestible as well. They are worth the money.

Kal has always been the go to product for me when taking this calcium combination. Take as suggested and sleep like baby when you take before befd.

The shipping was very slow, which was probably a fluke. I was sent and charged for 2 orders - they were trying to remedy the situation, so I'm just stocked up now.The product is very fresh - the 'niacin flush' is like no other, so I would rate this company as doing a very good job. They were responsive to my inquiries about the slow mail time, which could have been an issue of the deliverer rather than the company. They emailed back and forth until it was resolved. The 2nd order was not cancelled as requested, but I did not follow up.

Have taken these for years and stumbled on them on amazon. Very convenient.

Possible ingredients that will give you an allergic reaction

This is by far the best B complex I have tried. Actually got a "niacin" rush when taking the supplement with foods high in B vitamins.
