A great controller for playing all the old games on an emulator. Controller works just like the original I had many many years ago and replaying Mario64 and Goldeneye as originally intended is great. Works a treat on project64 after fiddling around with the controller settings. Easy to configure using the onscreen options. Make sure to download the 'N-Rage V2' file first, just Google it and it'll work without any problems.It's lighter in weight than the original but feels sturdy and comfortable. Response times are also excellent without any delay. A worthy purchase if you want to play N64 games as they are supposed to be played.Highly recommended.

I picked up this third-party N64 controller, and I’m genuinely impressed with the build quality. It feels exceptionally solid—much closer to the original N64 controller than I expected. Compared to other third-party options from back in the ‘90s, this one stands out as a clear upgrade, with a sturdy design that doesn’t creak or flex under use. The only downside is that the interface port is non-functional and blocked off, so don’t expect to use it for anything extra. That said, at this price point, I’m more than pleased with the purchase—it’s a great value for a reliable, well-built controller that nails the essentials.

Controller is good, have tried with one N64 Game on the switch and the top and right arrow flick to title page and the start button goes to the main switch page rather than what you would expect in the game. Little frustrating for changing viewing angles, and I’m pretty sure I will need to switch controllers to play certain levels for moves.I wouldn’t get this is you planned to play Zelda as imagine you would not be able to equip and use and items easily.Would only recommend if need A, B and Z button games.

The controller works great in my laptop with Windows 10 and in my phone Android 9, when using N64 emulator such as Mupen64Plus on both devices. It was very easy to map using that emulator.The build resembles the original controller. Buttons respond well but the stick seems weak and I am afraid it will not last for a long time. The space for a rumble pack is fake, there are no connections. It's just so it has exactly the same design as the original. They could've removed it because you can access the PCB from there, which means dust and dirt will get inside very easily. For this price, I would definitely recommend it. I had other controllers but I prefer using the right one to play my N64 games.

I was about to give this a bad review until I figured out what's was wrong so now it's sort of a PSAIf you are using this for an emulator on your PC and the controller bindings seem strange check to see if steam has given the controller a silly desktop configuration. Easiest way to try this is to close steam.and the configure the controller through the emulator.The controller itself is great, I wasn't expecting much for the price (I got a nes controller for a similar price and it wasn't great) but the quality is almost identical to a rel N64 controller. Tested it on a few N64 games I am familiar with and feels like the good ol' days.

Didn't work at first because I didn't have the gamepad driver installed for PC. Works fab now and my son's playing Mario on an N64 emulator and using this the original controller. Good support from the seller top marks.

SCAM! Left trigger button does not work. Now going through hoops to return said item that is under £20. Amazon themselves useless on this as well. DO NOT BUY. Rubbish product, rubbish service AVOID.

Remapping doesn't work with Batocera on RPi 5

À gauche la manette originale (presque 30 ans et toujours fonctionnelle, sacré qualité), à droite cette manette. Elles sont strictement identiques à deux différences près: le logo Nintendo et le port de connexion pour le transfert pack sont absents. Pour le reste c'est une copie conforme.Les boutons ont tendance à "cliquer" un peu fort mais c'est sans doute parce qu'elle est neuve. La prise en main est parfaite et le câble suffisamment long pour s'en servir sans se prendre la tête.Une fois connectée elle est détectée immédiatement. Par contre j'ai eu un soucis avec certains boutons qui n'étaient pas mappés correctement et donc ne fonctionnaient pas, je vous met ma soluce en dessous si ça vous arrive aussi:-sous Windows via Mpy64, settings -> plugin -> input, plugin=none, device=joystick 0, mode=fully manual, et ensuite mapper les boutons un par un.-sous Linux via Rosalie, dans "input", vérifier que le périphérique est bien Switch co ltd controller, puis dans les options avancées mettre SDL controller mode sur "joystick", puis configurer les touches (maintenir les boutons une demi seconde pour qu'ils soient bien enregistrés), après si ça veut vraiment pas direction les fichiers de config mais normalement ces manips suffisent.Bref c'est une manette idéale pour le rétro gaming, il faut juste prendre quelques minutes pour la configurer proprement et ensuite c'est des heures de fun, à voir d'ici un an si elle fonctionne toujours mais le plastique a l'air de bonne qualité.

el otro dia pedi un mando de otra marca y al recibirlo iba duro y el analogico no era progresivo, sino unicamente de posicion tal y como es la cruceta... y para colmo no era independiente de esta, sino que los dos hacian lo mismo. lo devolvi y compre este pack (no habia uno solo) y la verdad es que es la mejor compra en un mando (aparte de la xbox one) que he hecho. al configurarlo iba perfecto el analogico, la cruceta por su lado tambien funciona bien, la calidad es muy buena a diferencia del otro, realmente me ha dado la impresion de volver a jugar a aquella consola que regale hace años y me arrepentí despues...el control es exacto al de n64, no le doy mas estrellas porque no se puede. si quieres volver a disfrutar de las sensaciones de aquellos juegos como zelda 64 o mario, olvidate de otros mandos tipo xbox o play porque son una caspa. solo se diferencia del original porque pesa un poco menos, debido a que no lleva el zocalo y conexiones del rumble pak del mando.

Veramente bello. Una volta collegato funziona subito a differenza di alcuni adattatori malefici per i controller originali. Non lo ho dovuto nemmeno calibrare. Finalmente una partita a Mario Kart 64 con la sensazione di usare il controller originale. Risponde benissimo, ho impostato la zona morta dell'analogico al minimo. L'ottagono dell'analogico è un po' diverso dall'originale, ma funziona comunque perfettamente. La sensazione è quella di usare il controller del N64. Soddisfattissimo.
