Does the job, connector a little fiddly
I bought one of these for my bath, and ordered another a few months later for the kitchen sink. It 'does what is says on the tin' - a simple ball-chain with 2 S- shaped connectors. My previous connectors (on both the plugs and the overflow drains they were attaching to) were the triangular type. As a result, I found the curved, S-shaped ends of this chain to be unsuitable. The plugs (and drains) had a straight-line hole through them which was too long for the curve of the connector to pass through. This meant a very tight fit on the rubber plugs, and didn't allow the it to swing back and forth. Connection was impossible on solid/chrome plugs. I don't know what's standard for a chain connector (so I've not docked any stars), but all of the plugs in my house have the same kind of flat hole and triangular connector, so I'd warn you to check your plugs before ordering this chain. This minor problem was easily solved by leaving the triangular connector in place, and slightly-less-easily solved by using pliers to flatten out the bottom curve of the S so it swings more freely. Either way, you'll need pliers and a bit of strength to bend the wire enough to attach anything to it. The connector is pretty thick & strong so this wasn't super-easy, and if you've got limited strength or mobility this might prove a challenge. Still, that connector certainly isn't breaking any time soon! Both chains are standing up well to being yanked about during normal everyday use. Overall: a solid product at a great price.

Our bath chain snapped so needed a new one. Got this one, put it on, perfect 👌. Well worth the money. Cheaper than others but don't let that put you off. Very sturdy chain.
