Honestly, this is one of the best things I have bought for myself. Unfortunately I have a lot of medical issues that cause things like insomnia, pain, and acid reflux. This pillow has actually helped a LOT with all of these problems! The pillow itself offers just enough firmness for me that I feel supported but still comforted - even after several months. I probably have about a 1.25" shoulder width and the size of the pillow is still comfortable. I'm in love with the many positions I can arrange the pillows, but overall I simply just don't miss the back pain I used to get from trying to watch TV in bed as someone who in chronically ill and has to spend a lot of time in bed. My only complaint is that you have to adjust the pillows after a few nights (especially if you toss and turn a lot) by unzipping their cases and centering them again. However, I highly recommend this pillow set! As someone who tries to spend as little money as possible, this set is worth it!

I sprained my knee and I needed to sleep on my back. I don't sleep on my back generally because I'm old and breathing and sleeping on my back are not compatible. The only way I could get any amount of restful, healing sleep was on my back with my leg stretched out. I didn't have pillows high enough. This fit the bill. It can prop you very high with the leg snapped onto the wedge (and your mouth hangs open and you drool and/or snore), or you can unsnap the leg and lay on it, keeping you at the perfect elevation where your head doesn't loll around, your mouth doesn't hang open, you don't drool and you don't snore. It puts you in sort of an anti-gravity posture. It's soft and comfortable to sleep on. I'm glad I made the purchase and now, after 7 months, my knee is finally healed. Restful sleep played a major role in that healing and I wasn't able to get such restful sleep without this wedge.

I am a lifelong side sleeper. One shallow cervical pillow under my head, and another between my knees. I've never been able to fall asleep on my back... until now. I ordered this ahead of surgery, after which I will need to sleep on my back and elevated for some time, so I figured I should start training now. Mine didn't arrive as compressed as other reviewers reported. It was simple enough to attach by looking at the card insert. The finish is above what I expected. Very decent. I have a cat who sleeps with me and it's been pretty resilient against collecting cat hair. The back provides a nice, sink in comfort but fairly firm support. The one issue I have with it is: at 5'8" (long torso) I find the pillow positions to be challenging to find the sweet spot between lumbar and head support. I'm certain this will be likely with any other this design. I have been "working" with the fully assembled unit. The elevated back is too much for me to fall asleep with at this point, but the knee support has been a tremendous game changer! It took a few days to get used to falling asleep in that position but it keeps me in the same spot all night, and that, in itself, has been a significant reduction in my back and neck pain. I am confident this will be sufficent enough for my needs and durable enough to survive the job. After this use, I can stow the back pieces in the included storage bag. I don't forsee giving the knee wedge up... ever ;)

Here we go. I would give this a 10 Star’s ⭐️ if I could, because For Me, it’s Brilliant. After my last son was born back in 1990 (via c-section) my spine has never been the same since. Because of the Anesthesiologist stabbing me 5 times for my spinal epidural, she Destroyed my lower lumbar area. I have not been able to lie flat on any bed ever again because of her. So I’ve slept in Lazy Boy Recliner chairs, hospital beds & electric beds. I can’t travel anywhere because of this problem. Fast forward to NOW, July of 2024. I moved in with a friend of mine and they only have Flat beds & a Lazy Boy Recliner Chair. So forget the bed, I went for the recliner. As the weeks moved on, I came on to Amazon and these pillows popped up, so I took an interest in looking into them. Finally I saw this one. It intrigued me with all the variety of positions and pillows. So I said to my friend, What do you think, should I give it a try & they said, Sure why not & I did. Well the very day I got it I used it Immediately. I was very nervous trying it out, because I didn’t want to be disappointed yet again, but THIS PILLOW SET FLOORED ME & in a GREAT WAY. I literally feel like I’m in one of my electric beds I had to leave behind when I moved. It WORKS BEAUTIFULLY. I Love all of the different size pillows that it comes with. I even gave my friend one of the pillow wedges to use as a pillow for them to sleep with and they Love it. The memory foam is soft, but still firm. The fabric that covers them is super soft to the touch. What’s even nicer is how it comes with a travel slip cover to take with me anywhere I go. WooHoo 🥳 🎉👏🏼 So Yes, this pillow is worth ever dime to me.

Bought this for after surgery, loved it. Used it again after car accident. Bulky when not in use, but useful.

This is ok for how long I will need it, but thankfully I will not have to use this for a lifetime, as I do not find it to be very comfortable. I had skin cancer removed from my face, and I am to sleep sitting up, either in a recliner or something on the order of this wedge, and I am to do this for however long it takes for the stitches and scabs to dissolve and heal, which could be three weeks up to one year. This wedge set is so-so in comfort. I ordered the 4-piece set, 21.7" wide. The wedge for head and back support is odd. The pillow pad portion does not come down low enough, as the straps to secure it are not long enough. Also, I would much prefer to attach the pillow pad for lumbar support so that it stays in place, but again, the straps used to Velcro it to the head/back wedge are too short. The foot wedge is not comfortable. It sets up too high. I have tossed it into my closet and use a pillow under my knees for support instead. I probably could have found a wedge just for the head/back if I had known the foot wedge was the way it is, thus saving money and not wasting it on something that I will never use. The material of the wedges and head/lumbar support is crappy because it picks easily, but I have not seen a wedge set that is made of a material to hold up nicely. It is easy enough to use and put away, and I do appreciate the storage bag.

I rarely leave reviews but had to for this product as I am very appreciative of it. Following a full frontal hysterectomy this cushion set has been fantastic to help me rest on the couch and to sleep in a zero gravity chair with good and comfortable support (the pieces are lightm enough to take from couch to bed). Very good quality: good material, sturdy, and firm yet soft/comfortable. The thinner half-cylinder cushions were perfect for the small curves my body (neck and lumbar); I just wish there were four of them instead of three, as I would have used them as arm rests too, as they are so comfortable. They can be used right away without instructions but the photos show you how you can use the Velcro tabs to keep the pieces in place as you like them. I will continue using them to watch movies while laying on the couch … the little pocket on the side for my thin TV remote is very handy! :). I am not very worried about washability as I mostly cover it with a sheet.

I got this for my sister-in-law following her knee reconstruction surgery, during which she was on bed rest for two weeks. She frequently complained of back pain from prolonged sitting and lying down. As soon as we started using this, she experienced significant relief from her back pain. The product was easy to assemble, very versatile, and provided solid support. The size was just right and made a noticeable difference in her comfort. The only downside was the back cushion cover—it tended to shift, and the Velcro didn’t hold as well as expected. That said, overall it was a great help during her recovery and made a big improvement in her daily comfort
