stylish. great design. good price
The color on the outside of the notebook can transfer to skin and clothing—that’s the main issue w this logbook. But it’s a joy to use. Will buy again.

Wrong choice for my needs
I was really looking for more of a food/ exercise log than a workout/ food log. This is a workout journal, as advertised, and is designed for detailed tracking of reps and time. The focus is more that and less on diet and overall health journaling and I think I just settled for this cause it’s kind of hard to find what I’m looking for. One of the things I want in a health journal is a place to not only track details, but also monthly pages that will allow you to get a quick condensed overview of your monthly progress. This journal does not. You got to flip through all the individual pages to see how you have done. I am going to stash this away and maybe at a later time when I am more intently focused on workouts bring it off the shelve. I won’t return it because I suppose it’s good for people who are working out all the time and really want that detailed tracking of reps and time. There is an area for some food journaling etc, buts just not in a format I really like. Other people may. The book is larger than I expected and is good quality.

Fitness journal
using this journal has been a lifesaver. I can keep track of all my workouts and remember what I need to do next time. It is easy to read, very sturdy and easy to fill out. It is a hard covered book that is nice and convenient.

good quality but not for me.
The quality of the journal is great! I love the size of the actual book however-for me personally there isn’t enough space for all my lifts. You can only fit 7 exercises in the log, but there is room for 6 sets. Overall the book is nice and would probably be great for a beginner or a teenager but for me-not so much. I do think the product is worth the money for the right customer.

Great start to tracking progress
The media could not be loaded. Pros:- Sturdy, thick soft hardcover- 6 months tracking- Includes tape measurer- Space to include progress pics- Main pages track date, hours slept, energy level, water intake, weight, daily exercise (cardio, strength training, duration), includes notes section, and more (covers all the basics)Cons:- personal preference, but perhaps a cover that doesn’t show oil stains/marks from fingerprintsOverall, I recommend it! It’s great for a beginner like me who oftentimes prefers pen and paper to digital apps. It’s also easy for me to look back on my progress quickly.

Great Workout Journal
The workout Journal is tracks 6 months and meassures 7" x 10". I like the bigger size it's easy to see and write in. I got the purple one and its pretty. It has everything you need in a fitness journal. Even a place to put before and after pictures. It has three ribbon book marks, a pen loop, a pocket in the back, and came with the measuring tape. Everything as described in the listing. If your ready to get serious this journal is for you! I can't wait to use it!I did a pen test a regular pen and felt tip pen didn't bleed through. A thin sharpie had some bleeding, as expected. So the paper is good quality. Great value for the money.

Happy find
I was happy to find this workout journal. It is undated, so you can start whenever you want and get full use of the journal. You can track you sleep, your energy level, how much water you drink, and of course your weight. There is a place to track when you started and stopped your workout and warmups and cool down. There's lots of things you can track using this journal and monthly throughout the journal you can place a picture of yourself so you can see your progress. The book comes with a pretty good quality measuring tape - it's not paper - the only problem, thus the 4 stars, is that the measuring tape comes taped to the journal and when you remove it there is sticky residue left on the journal - not sure if I can use a chemical to remove it without damaging the cover. Overall, very nice journal, I expect that I'll get more after this one is used up.
