Took it out to try as soon as it arrived. Used it on the car door and over a fence, it’s perfect! The fabric is lightweight and waterproof & also won’t snag. The ‘beans’ are very light too but is zipped so you could make it heavier if desired. The handles make it easy to carry. Only negative, I thought, was I ordered the pattern based on being a lot cheaper than the plain green I thought I preferred but actually I’m pleased with this instead.

This bean bag is fantastic! It’s super lightweight, and although fairly large can be condensed a bit in a suitcase. It was brilliant for use in the car while travelling through the Game reserve, great camera support and stabilization and also just for resting the camera on on my lap . Great value for money.

really light, easy to carry and use, bigger than I expected but I didn't really check measurements! well worth adding to your photo gear. For travelling in uk it's perfect, for abroad it is bulky to pack (hence 3 stars) but I may just pretend its a head rest cushion and hang it on my bag when we eventually are allowed to fly!

This is light weight but takes a lot of space to pack for an overseas trip. On safari a monopod was much more practical. Found it very useful in bird hides, where the bulk helps, but no more than a standard bean bag. The idea is great but I have found that I rarely take pictures from cars or with handy fences to balance the bag on. A clip to attach the two straps or a wrap around strap would be useful to keep it secure on a bar.

Excellent item just what I wanted as a gift to my husband, he uses when out taking wild life images and steadies his 600mm lens when photographing from the car or a hind, filled and ready to go, light weight with nice stitching so should last years..

i love this thing. Only now i realise how useful they are. Super light weight.

Comes prepackaged with polystyrene which doesn’t mould very well over the car door window and is lightweight. Can fill with items of your choice including rice which would make it more mouldable and heavy which is ok if only using in the car. If using on a hike more weight to be carried. Also the legs that you use to straddle the car window could do with been a little longer in my opinion. But fairly happy using it but on look out for another bean bag alternative to use when out on foot taking photographs.

bought as a present for my Dad as he recently treated himself to a very large heavy lense; he loved it and says its been especially useful for slotting over the back of a kitchen chair to sit and take photos of the birds on the garden feeders, 10/10 happy with my purchase and so pleased he's been enjoying using it
