Easy to build on your own. All slots together nice and tight. Very sturdy. Great finish. Lined out my Gamesroom with the VonHaus shelving for my DIECAST collection. 900mm, 1200mm and corner units.

Happy with this. Needed two people to put together but not too bad. Just needed a mallet to knock a few pieces together but once built seems nice and sturdy

Not suitable for a garden shed ! The shelves have moulded in wet winter. I put this into my brand new and watertight garden shed. It is advertised as garage and shed suitable. Built the units and put them up in July. Went in today and found mould all over the compressed wooden shelves, it has spread to many things we have had to bin. I live in Cornwall and while the weather is wet in winter there is no warning not to use these units in a garden shed. The shelves have also warped badly. We have contacted the seller for a full refund. We are going to have to bin both this and the other unit we bought and replace with plastic. Also having to destroy multiple items that are covered in the mould.

This is really good for the price. Completely tidied up our garage and although the instructions were a little ambiguous, it was fairly straightforward to put together. I would recommend.

Yes the metal construction is a bit flimsy, but once built and in use, provided you use them as intended, this is a reasonable unit for the price....HOWEVER, be prepared to replace the MDF shelves, especially if you plan on using the unit in an outbuilding (I use mine in a Keter plastic shed) This is where the unit loses 3 stars. The MDF doesn't like being in an environment that has fluctuating temperatures and humidity. In the first week, the shed absolutely stank of rotten fish (The Formaldehyde gassing out of the wood!) but it got worse in the space of 6 months, the wood shelves started to go moldy, covered in green spores! They never got wet, only because of the humidity and high and low temperatures across the year. I've saved the shelves by buying some new 11mm OSB sheets, cut to size, not only stronger, but smelling 100% nicer!!! BUYER BEWARE.

Not easy to assemble, very easy to get shelf out of alignment. Once it is built it is strong and very useable.
