Great for sore ears!
I got this for my Mom. She gets a sore on her ear from sleeping on it! It works great!

It's tiny (imagine a small pillow for a cat – that's it)
It's very small, and I can't imagine it being comfortable for an adult human. Here, it is in comparison to a standard-size pillow (queen size) and even compared to the Ikea decorative pillow (which is small but not to the extent this 'piercing pillow' is).I wanted to return it right away, but the return cost half the price of the pillow.

Uncomfortable but useful
The quality of the pillow is pretty good however not something I look forward to sleeping on. It was uncomfortable due to how firm it was and hurt my neck. But, the size was a perfect fit for my ear and sped up the healing process of my piercings.

Very firm material
It's made of very firm material and does not flex or adjust much. So if you have a large bandage over your ear. Adjust accordingly.
