Great for sore ears!
I got this for my Mom. She gets a sore on her ear from sleeping on it! It works great!

Uncomfortable but useful
The quality of the pillow is pretty good however not something I look forward to sleeping on. It was uncomfortable due to how firm it was and hurt my neck. But, the size was a perfect fit for my ear and sped up the healing process of my piercings.

It's tiny (imagine a small pillow for a cat – that's it)
It's very small, and I can't imagine it being comfortable for an adult human. Here, it is in comparison to a standard-size pillow (queen size) and even compared to the Ikea decorative pillow (which is small but not to the extent this 'piercing pillow' is). I wanted to return it right away, but the return cost half the price of the pillow.

Very comfortable
Very comfortable. Recently had a piercing done and this has been a lifesaver for sleeping as I am a side sleeper.

Very firm material
It's made of very firm material and does not flex or adjust much. So if you have a large bandage over your ear. Adjust accordingly.
