I’ve had to wait to give review on this ,but I think packaging is great ,simple no fuss.tablets are large but I don’t have a problem swallowing them ,you can break them in half if u want .now to the important bit .yes they work!i accidentally found out I had slightly high cholesterol at 6mol took these for 4 months along with changing my diet to plant base and my next test was 3.92mol well under the 5mol they say is acceptable .so very pleased .I took three tablets every day after my evening meal. Now I take a maintaince tablet and do eat lean meat again .i will retest in another four months to see how things are going. I really would try these before considering statins .

I've been taking plant sterols as a supplement for years rather than taking statins as I have inherited, from both parents, a tendency to high cholesterol levels, despite a healthy diet and exercise. They seem to be working to keep my cholesterol at a reasonable level if I take three tablets every day. I like that these particular ones can be broken in two to make them easier to swallow, and the price was very reasonable. I know I could reduce my cholesterol level more if I cut out lots of nice food I love to eat, but then I would be miserable, so plant sterols it is!

Arrived no problems. I take 2 a day. Be good if they were smaller to make it easier to swallow. Be nice if packaging could stand up but that's only a small issue. Likely I will re-order and continue to use once I've been to the doctors. Happy with this product - thank you

Both my partner and I are using these as an alternative to plant sterol spreads & drinks and prescribed statins in an attempt to reduce our cholesterol and triglyceride levels. It is our understanding that any non-medical regimen to reduce lipids requires a three month trial in addition to diet control and an exercise schedule. As we are only two weeks in, it is too early to evidence and report efficacy. However we were delighted to find this product as it is exactly what we were looking for as a dietary supplement; is vegan/vegetarian; can be taken as a once a day dose; is not difficult to take; and has no unpleasant side-effects. We are therefore 100% satisfied with the purchase and with the seller who offers an excellent after-sales service and customer support.

The package arrived quickly. It is a sturdy re-sealible bag so fairly environmentally friendly. I bought this again as the product is good value for money and has helped to keep my cholesterol down, according to my cardiac nurse. I intend staying with this company who also donate a % to charity.

I hate giving negative reviews but it has to be done. Both my wife and I found these plant sterol tablets useless as we didn’t digest them. They went in one end and came out the other quite unchanged! I finally knew this for sure as we were using our caravan which has a toilet cassette that needs emptying most days. I couldn’t figure out why it was rattling after I cleared it out. Reluctantly I had a look only to find four undissolved tablets that had t found their way out. It happened on several days and was as conclusive as could be. Even the toilet chemical hadn’t worked on them! Bizarre!

I have been using three tablets of Clearwave Health Plant Sterols 800m a day since 28 August, I have not yet gone for a blood test to see if my cholesterol has reduced, however, I have noticed several side effects which consist of swollen foots and burning sensation on both of my feet. The side effects are dangerous to me as I also have type 2 Diabetes. Until I finished this course I can not recommend it to anyone.

I have taken three of these a day for around 6 months and my overall cholesterol has gone from 8 to 4. My GP was impressed! These were the most reasonably priced I could find, although they are large I don't have any trouble taking them and it is worth it for a natural remedy and to avoid medication.

Braucht Ersatz,da mein sonstiges Produkt nicht lieferbar. Leider zeigen die Laborwerte deutliche schlechtere Werte wie bei meinem ursprünglichen Produkt. Schade.
