Yes, this hemocytometer is reusable. Wash it carefully with water and air dry. If you lose the original coverslip, you can use several normal coverslips stacked together to make it heavy enough.

The kit includes one special coverslip for hemocytometer (thicker than usual coverslip). The volume of trypan blue is around 3-3.5 mL.
