The plastic case holds the other 36 punches and I checked to make sure I got one of each - yep! They're a little loose in there to rattle about, but not loose enough that you can squeeze the 37th heart punch in. The lid goes on and comes off easy and the plastic is a bit on the hard side but not so hard that I consider it fragile. Finally, I used it to punch some steel today and it worked fine. On my test run, the lower case letters came out clearer than the upper case and have which letter they are and the letter's size stamped onto their sides.
