I LOVE the rose flavor that is infused and comes out in recipes with this rose water extract. I have made lattes, baked goods and rose jelly (with agar agar) with it, all to the excitement of my friends and family. I love making more unique foods and flavors, so this hits the spot! I definitely recommend this rose water.

This is a good rose essence from a very reputable brand that also makes vanilla essences. You can find their vanilla essences in Costco. For people down below that are complaining that this rose essence tastes like a chemical concoction that’s Bcz this is not a rose water guys! This is a rose essence. Meaning you only need a drop or two. It has slight astringent properties which is common is rose infused essence. If you apply it on your face, it will slightly tingle/burning sensation like normal facial Astringents. In cooking, apply few drops only, not teaspoons

Very good! And tastes real, like good quality not just some fake flavoring. I made my sister a lemon poppyseed cake, and she wanted a rose buttercream. This worked out perfectly! Just remember you don’t need too much, or it will taste like perfume.

I love Nielsen extracts but agree w/ other reviews, this not rose water but rather should be used as extract. Purchased/use for a cardamom cream cake that called for rose water in cake batter, filling, cake syrup and frosting. Cake came out great but rose water overpowered cardamom and cream. I even substituted vanilla for the rose water in the frosting because when tasting batter,filling & syrup, rose water was very strong. If using in recipe that calls for rose water, I'd recommended halving whatever recipe calls for if using this brand.

Add to tea when making your cuppa, along with cardamom.

This is not rose water at all, it is a truly disgusting chemical concoction!! I used it to make an ice cream but it tasted so foul I had to throw it all out.

I only use this rosewater for cooking. Exactly the right consistency and the flavour is wonderful. Can't fault it. Wouldn't buy any other.

Adds a lovely subtle taste of roses. Just use a little though, cuz it comes through very well.
