All the buttons work as in the diagram in the item description. I have the Apple TV 4K box connected by HDMI to a Denon receiver and the Denon receiver to an LG 4K OLED TV. The TV and receiver are also connected via HDMI eARC. I can turn on and off all 3 components with one button press and adjust the volume of the receiver with this remote. Exactly what I was looking for. Note the MENU button turns on and off everything, and the power button only turns the TV on and off.
