Previous Sensadyne Sensative user, who I’m told brushed to heavily in my youth. So receded, gums and sensitivity to cold. Sensadyne just quit cutting it, Floride from the dentist to mineralize my teeth. Andrew Hubbard had a show about Hydroxyapatite, the mineral your teeth are made of. This is the best tooth paste for sensitivity. I have tried others, I keep coming back to this paste.

I've been using this brand of nanohydroxyapatite toothpaste for at least 4 years, and it made a difference within the first month of use. When I go for yearly visits, the dental hygienists not only compliment my routine, but ask what exactly I do since there's never much plaque for them to clean (it makes it a much faster and more pleasant experience, let me tell you!). My dentist has gotten used to it now, but she was floored the first few visits after I started using it since I haven't developed even a single cavity since I started using this toothpaste. There had been one she'd put on the watch list before I'd started using the toothpaste, but it ceased to become a concern- going against what we've been told about cavities and teeth being irreparable. Nanohydroxyapatite is an absolute game-changer!To be fully transparent, my nightly teeth routine is an American toothpaste (I've been using Dr. Sheffield's natural chocolate flavored toothpaste- also found here on Amazon- for a year), floss (I use a water flosser most nights now), and then this toothpaste (it doesn't take much since I already cleaned my entire mouth with the first toothpaste!). I usually swish a non-alcoholic mouthwash afterwards.

If ever I have a tooth that becomes sensitive but with no cavity, brushing with this helps tremendously!

After less than half a tube I noticed brown stains on a few of my teeth and starting checking labels of my mouthwash and toothpaste. M-Plus is the culprit: it contains cetylpyridinium chloride, which is well documented for causing tooth staining. This stuff is going straight in the trash, and I am out $15!
