I recommend this to clients and friends.It has helped ease muscles that are aching or been 'pulled'.Takes some time to get used to as the plastic spikes can feel uncomfortable but the overall feeling is good.Recommend if you are unable to get to a Scenar therapist and can use this as complimentary!

I love it, I sit on mat everyday whilst I drive. It keeps my blood circulating. The pillow is great for the neck too.

Have no issues with this product as does exactly what it says in description. Spikes are certainly VERY sharp and I would never use this without a layer of clothing. Used it regularly and do feel it relieves a bit of pressure in muscles (am a fibromyalgia sufferer). My favourite piece is the neck cushion which can be used while sitting up propped on the back of the sofa or for the balls of the feet. It won't cure you but I have found it to be helpful.

relaxes instantly and seems to gradually improve quality of sleep. Works better than many other things I have tried before. I would recommend using the neck/head pillow directly on skin (of course you feel it, but it doesn't hurt). The mat however I would not use directly on skin. Worth buying!

Le tapis est arrivé aujourd'hui j'en suis contente.J'ai acheté ce matelas au départ pour soulager des problèmes de dos, je le pose sur mon matelas et me couche dessus. il faut respirer calmement pour ne pas trop sentir les picots, c'est relaxant.. le prix bas est un plus oui je conseille ce tapis, la qualité du matelas est bonne.

Insomnia is a sleep disorder that causes trouble: Falling Asleep, Staying Asleep, and/or, Waking Up Too Early. For a long time, I've woken up, around 3:00 am, each morning, and couldn't get back to sleep. Argh! As a result, I would be tired during the next day. I've tried numerous treatments, like: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy For Insomnia [CBT-I], Sleep Restriction, Sleep Hygiene, Limiting Screens and Caffeine, etc. I've also tried many Sleep Aids, like: Magnesium. Ashwagandha, Melatonin, Unisom, etc. Nothing worked for me. Sigh! Well, on the evening that I received this Acupuncture mat, I gave myself a good massage. On my: Back, Chest, Buttocks, Legs, and Arms. About 1 hour of massaging. I slept pretty well, until my Alarm Clock, NOT my Insomnia, woke me up, at 6:00 am. My "Sleep" should get even better, as I use this Acupuncture mat some more. Insomnia is highly treatable, and manageable. I've found this Acupuncture mat to be very effective, in treating my Insomnia.

This is a great mat. Very effective and at a great price point too. I don't have experience with similar products to compare it to, but I can say it works well.I purchased this for back pain. Similar to other users, when I first tried this, it was very painful. After a few minutes, the pain subsided and I felt a kind of warm pulsing in my back. I knew at that point that the endorphins kicked in and the circulation was increasing in that area. I didn't really feel giddy, like some other users mention, but that's ok. It was nice just to feel my muscles relax.When I finally got up, my back felt much better and I felt as relaxed as if I had just gotten a message. Therein lies the extra benefit...I often use this mat on nights that I have trouble sleeping, because I feel so relaxed afterwards that I go right to sleep.The mat is not a cure-all. It does help temporarily relieve some pain and stiffness though. All in all, I recommend it for both pain relief, and difficulty sleeping.
