The product was fine and as advertised, does the job it is intended for. Disliked the price, expensive for a few pieces of wire!

Replacement for a shade holder that got bent
The original shade holder was damaged in a move and the lamp for a long time was out of action as the shade did not fit properly. Now the lamp is back in use and all is well.
