Does the job, a life saver! And cheap too 👍

It is so cheaply made of poor quality materials after two weeks it stopped working causing constant flooding into the pan. On inspection it had basically fallen apart and was irreparable. It was a total waste of money. Trying to return it after 30 days as a faulty item was not possible. I assume then THERE IS NO GAURANTEE WITH IT. *****WARNING DO NOT BUY*****

Ordered without too much expectation that it would fit or work. It looked to me like it was the right thing but as I am not a plumber, I’m just a have-a-go DIYer that some would say has the gear but no idea. I thought I’d end up trying to clean up the old fitting and putting it back. As it happened this was the perfect fit and was very easy to fit, if you have some basic DIY and plumbing skills. Once I got the old unit out I simply fitted this new unit, that is as cheap as chips. Great value for money and does the job well, so far! Its smaller and lighter weight than the one that came out but the quality looks OK. No instructions supplied but I think that the supplier assumes that you would know what you are doing. There are videos online from people showing how to fit this sort of thing.

Item ok but I brought the wrong size ( to short ) so check size you need ,had to return

Replaces the big ball valve perfectly, really cheap easy DIY.

Needed a quick replacement as ours broke, but this is really small. About half the fill of a normal cistern fill. It’s lasted a day before I replaced it with a bigger system.

Very poor quality do not buy

I know these are reasonable to fit, however all the instructions were in Chinese. there is a small piece of white piping about 6inch long and I don't have a clue what's for.
