So far so great, it is the original as the tag has been verified. ON is one of the most premium products and be sure to read the instructions before consuming. Fruit punch flavor is great but be sure to eat something before consuming or else it won't have any effect. Do not consume before going to bed.

This is the worst !!I generally have Monster zero-sugar energy drinks while I'm working out. But then , when I saw that ON had a pre workout , I thought of giving it a try... plus, the reviews were really good .But to my dismay .. this tastes worse than cough syrup ( Fruit Punch ) , plus , it did not even dissolve well.But wait ? Was this a fake product ?? * I thought for a hot second *But No !! I confirmed it online by using the secret code on the packaging. It's legit!!ON made a horrible-tasting pre-workout.Never getting it again .. ever !!( Will taste the green apple one tomorrow and ship its review too ) - Ya, I bought both flavors :(---Update :Green Apple tastes better than the horrendous-tasting fruit punch but still is grainy and artificial tasting. It does not at all help with providing energy in the gym ( that's the primary reason people consume it ). I'm going back to my Monster Energy ultra zero-sugar drink as a pre-workout. They cost 5 times the price of an ON sache, but at least they WORK and taste DELICIOUS !!

Good focus and energy level , but after workout facing headache and tiredness

I've been using ON Gold Standard Pre-Workout for a few weeks now, and it’s easily one of the best pre-workouts I’ve tried. It gives me a noticeable energy boost within 20–30 minutes without making me feel jittery or overstimulated. Perfect for early morning workouts or days when I need that extra push.The flavor (I got Fruit Punch) is surprisingly good—not overly sweet or artificial—and it mixes well with water. No clumps, no gritty texture. I also really like that it includes ingredients like beta-alanine, caffeine, and creatine, all in well-balanced amounts. The focus and endurance I get from this are excellent—I can push harder through my sets without feeling drained halfway through.No crash afterward, and no upset stomach, which is a big plus for me. Definitely sticking with this one!
