Can I use Philips smart light bulb for it?

Of course, it is compatible with all kind of GU10 bulbs, including smart bulbs.

Are the included bulbs dimmable?

The included bulb is not dimmable. But you can buy smart bulbs to replace them. I bought some smart bulbs for them to light up my Halloween decorations. I am very satisfied with the effect.

With the included LED bulb, there is almost no heat. Unless you're replacing a high-power halogen bulb.
