Amazing, effecttive, and affordable tool. I use a custom fit mouth piece for sleep i bought on Amazon. Warning: Don't use the back knob while the device is tight from the air bag pressure and head width back knob is tightened . It will strip the teeth in the tightning mechanism. :( this tool will last a long time if you do this. :) I think its good to decompress that neck regularly even if you dont have herniations or miss alignments or wedge looking discts also. I use it every day in the morning to align and decompress neck sometimes more than once per day. This thing feals like a pro chiropractor when the bag pumps up I feal good pops in the neck. If you use it hard the neck and jaw will hurt a little if over used. I recommend starting slow until you are used to it.

I have a trapezius muscle that has been locked up for a few years now. Ever since I've been using this device, my trap muscle has begun to loosen up and it now causes me significantly less pain than I was experiencing prior to using this. I am so glad that I found this product. It adjusts to fit every neck size. It is comfortable and quite easy to use. It is a little more expensive than some of the other cervical services, but I assure you you will not be disappointed. Spend the extra money and get a product that you will be happy with.

As soon as i got it i put it on and figured out how to set it for my comfort quite easily. I used it every nite around 8 pm for ten to fifteen minutes the first week and every other day now. This is the best my neck has felt in 6 months!!! Its a bit uncomfortable to wear but thats because my neck isnt used to being in the proper position. It really works even if your neck is as big as 18" shirt neck size. Just make sure you loosen the rear knob all the way to put it on. Careful at the beginning because you could get hurt as this unit is quite powerful when you crank on those two lateral knobs, and when you engage the pump it presses even more. Do it incrementally, they recommend 10 minute sessions. The effect for me it strangely enough...gave me tons of new energy and made my mind faster, improved my memory and my chess game, skyrocketed my daily m motivation and concentration. As far as pain, I didn't have any so no progress there. Just very puzzled why it improved unrelated parts of my life so drastically.. Does it have anything to do with blood flow? I mean these are mental gains not physical ones. But there you have it, will continue to use and monitor this SUPERMAN like performance it is giving me. Can't explain why it had this effect on my body. But I'll take it!

After reading some not so great reviews, I was somewhat hesitant to order. I received it this morning and used it and can honestly say WOW! I will say that I am a rather large man 6’1” about 300 solid lbs and have absolutely no problem using this device. If you are large, don’t let that discourage you. It does in fact work on a large person, worth the money and is easy to use. Now go on and do yourself a favor. You’re welcome.

I've been having aches on my neck for quite some time now and have been looking for a neck brace. I came across this here on Amazon and decided to give it a try. I use it every night before bed, and my neck has been improving ever since! It's comfortable, provides great support, and has really helped relieve my discomfort. Difficult to use.

I took a chance on this traction device, as I do decompression therapy for a pinched nerve in my neck from a car accident that fires up every couple of years. I needed a little help when I was home and not have to drive to the office to get decompression which is costly. This device has helped me through those days and well worth trying. I followed the instructions and remembered to do it 2 or 3 times a day. After about 10 days, I was feeling a more constant relief and sleep was more peaceful.
