IF YOU ARE PURCHASING THIS WATCH PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW AND THEN YOU DECIDE YOU WANT TO BUY THIS WATCH OR NOT I ordered the **Fire-Boltt Talk 2 Pro Bluetooth Calling Watch** in **black** from Amazon. The delivery was much later than expected, which was disappointing. After using the watch for about two months, it started developing several issues. The watch became very laggy, and the speaker stopped working completely, so there was no sound during Bluetooth calls or notifications. I raised a complaint, and after a few days the watch was picked up from my home for replacement. However, the replacement experience was even worse. Instead of the black watch I had ordered, I received a watch in the **wrong color**. On top of that, it had a **large crack on the corner of the screen**, which also affected the side button, making it difficult to press. I immediately raised another complaint for a replacement. Initially, the support team assured me that they would replace it. The very next day, they changed their statement and informed me that they would **not provide any further replacement or service**. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. The product quality was poor, the replacement was damaged and incorrect, and the company refused to resolve the issue despite their initial promise. I would not recommend this watch based on my experience. मैंने **Amazon** से **Fire-Boltt Talk 2 Pro Bluetooth Calling Watch** का **ब्लैक कलर** ऑर्डर किया था। सबसे पहले तो मेरी घड़ी की डिलीवरी काफी देर से हुई, जिससे मैं पहले ही निराश था। लगभग दो महीने इस्तेमाल करने के बाद घड़ी में कई समस्याएँ आने लगीं। घड़ी बहुत ज़्यादा हैंग और लैग करने लगी, और उसका स्पीकर पूरी तरह से बंद हो गया। इसके कारण ब्लूटूथ कॉलिंग और नोटिफिकेशन की आवाज़ आनी भी बंद हो गई। इसके बाद मैंने कंपनी में शिकायत दर्ज कराई। कुछ दिनों बाद मेरी घड़ी रिप्लेसमेंट के लिए मेरे घर से पिकअप कर ली गई। लेकिन रिप्लेसमेंट मिलने पर मेरा अनुभव और भी खराब हो गया। मुझे मेरे द्वारा ऑर्डर किए गए **ब्लैक कलर** की जगह **दूसरे रंग** की घड़ी भेज दी गई। इतना ही नहीं, उस घड़ी की स्क्रीन के कोने पर **बड़ा क्रैक** भी था, जिसकी वजह से साइड का बटन भी ठीक से काम नहीं कर रहा था और उसे दबाने में काफी परेशानी हो रही थी। मैंने तुरंत दोबारा रिप्लेसमेंट की शिकायत दर्ज कराई। शुरुआत में कस्टमर सपोर्ट ने भरोसा दिलाया कि वे मेरी घड़ी दोबारा बदल देंगे। लेकिन अगले ही दिन उन्होंने अपनी बात बदल दी और साफ़ कह दिया कि अब वे **कोई और रिप्लेसमेंट या किसी भी प्रकार की सर्विस प्रदान नहीं करेंगे।** मेरे लिए यह अब तक का सबसे खराब कस्टमर सर्विस अनुभव रहा है। पहले खराब गुणवत्ता वाली घड़ी मिली, फिर रिप्लेसमेंट में गलत रंग और टूटी हुई घड़ी भेज दी गई, और अंत में कंपनी ने अपनी बात से मुकरकर किसी भी तरह की सहायता देने से इनकार कर दिया। मेरे व्यक्तिगत अनुभव के आधार पर, मैं इस घड़ी को खरीदने की बिल्कुल भी सिफारिश नहीं करूँगा।

Excellent watch for usage. this is very stylish and light weight.. happy to use this.

Product looks good and good quality, watch dial is plastic chain is metal. And the funny thing is that the displayed watch dial face is not included🤣🤣. And this is not available in app also. Another main problem is charging, the cable is conncetd with a magnet. When we try to connect with watch the magnet go to stick with the chain 🤣.

This is a good watch ,responsive and feel good and light when you wear it . Around 2 days of good battery life and good blututh connection with fon and phone call connection is good so can say that accuracy is pinch ,track your daily spo2 or heart rate and daily uses this is the good watch .
