Hi. Each side has a division to facilitate the separation, separating it from the dividing cut. I first separate the smaller part of the unlined side and stick it, then I am separating the other part of that side and at the same time I am sticking it. Finally, separate each part of the lined side.

can you swim with product?

I have an enterocutaneous fistula and have not been able to swim since 2009. With this product I've been able to swim with no leakage of water into it or material from fistula out. I'm a happy camper. Also have gone in the hot tub at about 100 degrees for about 15 minutes. No problem. First time I kept checking the tape. It held firm. So now I can enjoy swimming again. Hooray!

It is an acrylic non-rubber based adhesive.
