This has really helped with hot flashes, headaches around my menstrual cycle and length of bleeding. However I have very tender and painful breast and not sure if that's the side effect for me.

Vitex is excellent for avoiding cramps or at least lessening the pain. Use as directed for best results!

Helps my long period to shorten, bleed less, and helps with pms symptoms. I refuse to get birth control for symptoms, plus I don't want to have to take high doses of Ibuprofen to cut the bleeding. This is works well. The only thing is that it caused spotting the first 3 days or so when I started. It's easy to swallow. Not too big

I don't like or dislike it yet. I just got it. I took one last night. No adverse effects. So far so good. I will post with updates. :) I have experienced slight cramps today as if my period was going to start. I find myself being irregular and I also find myself with amenorrhea... Not sure if it is because of pcos. My doctor was no effing help. Edit: I'm on day four. No adverse effects! My hair shed decreased dramatically! I have been shedding about 80-100 hairs a day for the past 5 years... And finally...its slowing down.

Since going through menopause, my only issue is the perfuse sweating, all day and night. Taking this twice a day has proven to cut down the constant sweating. I am so glad my doctor recommended it and she said it helped her as well.
