Works good takes about 10 to12 spray for me and about 45 minutes to numb up good. My wife likes to go for about 30-45 minutes with that amount of time the numbing is wearing off ready for explosion if you want less numbing I would say use less

I’m veryyy sensitive when I comes to receiving oral and even doing other things I would always finish quick and feel awful because I couldn’t perform the way I wanted to , I bought a couple sprays that didn’t do much for me ! WHEN I TELL YOU this spray works but I do abuse it a little for the MAX effect lol - I do 3 sprays and rub it leave it for 10 min stay it again and leave it on, after 15-20 min or so I’ll rinse it off and get to work ! I still feel everything but I won’t get sensitive and when I tell you I get tired and makes me last about 30-45 none stop ! Love this it’s my 2 order of 2 bottles- so that mean it works

It works, but as its powerful also comes with side effect of burning pain if it enters urethral opening, apart from it does the job!

This is the best pain relief I have ever used. My left knee has been replaced twice and my pain level, of course, changes during the day. During the pain increase I apply this product and WOW the pain decreases. The pain never goes completely goes away but it is now tolerable. It is a blessing.
