Expensive, but You Get What You Pay For
These are the best sea scallops available on Amazon. The seller is great.

These scallops are huge. The scallops arrived on time, were well packaged and most importantly frozen solid. I plan to sear some this weekend and will follow-up with a taste test. Did I mention - they are huge. As promised, I prepared some this weekend. Seared them in a cast iron skillet with some clarified butter (actually some Golden Monkey Ghee) and they were superb. Tender and slightly sweet the perfect combination. Some folks think they are pricey, but you truly get what you pay for with these scallops. I will defiantly order more. I'm so pleased with this vendor I am going to order some crab legs.

Absolutely the largest scallops I have ever purchased. Arrived frozen solid. Also a nice hand written note from the owners. Delicious!!!!! Will definitely be ordering from them again. Not cheap to buy but worth it.

Superior Quality!
I've now ordered king crab and scallops from Today Gourmet Foods of NC and the quality is absolutely superior! Far better then what I've received elsewhere for the same price.

I’m a foodie!!!
I admit it, I’m a food snob! In our state, I can no longer find Alaskan King crab, lobster, and now scallops🥺. So I turned Amazon for help. The scallops arrived, frozen as promised, totally Separated, easy to take out what you want. But most importantly, they were plump, large, and delicious! I will say they’re a little pricey, but what’s not these days? Would i order them again? Absolutely! The company Even sent a handwritten note thanking me for My purchase. I like to support small businesses. I will be purchasing more in the future.

Good food, good folks
Just received the jumbo sea scallops and as always they are great. The best thing about Joe and his team is they not only provide excellent quality but great service backs it up!

115 degrees in Phoenix and the scallops arrived in perfect condition.
These scallops are not clumped together in a block of ice and frost. The are beautifully independent of each other, Snow White and very clean. This is good food !

I will qualify this as a review of the item without defrosting, cooking, or tasting. I am giving this review based upon receiving these huge scallops, as advertised, packed beautifully and fully frozen. On the west coast, southern Oregon. They look great, and I'll provide a review after I pull them out for a very special meal.
