I’m having trouble with my eyelashes curling in weird directions. This product did not help, but it may just be my eyelashes...they are very thick and course.

I liked the eye massager part of it
***i am editing this review. It still did not curl my lashes (it may work for others) but the seller did reach out to me and rectified the issue. I should have also mentioned in the orginal review that i did end up liking and using the eye massage end of it. This did not curl my eyelashes at all (yes, i read the directions and followed them accordingly.) I am really disappointed as i was looking forward to using this. I've tried multiple times with no success so i will most likely be returning this.

Happy eyes! Easy to use
First time I ever used one of these. Those other mechanical squished things just looked torturous. I like it! I don't use make up very often but it is nice to get a curl of the wash. Happy eyes!

Never got warm, let alone hot
I couldn't get this thing to heat up even a little bit. Return window had closed by the time I had a chance to try it out. Very disappointed. Hopefully I just got a bad one. Let my mistake be a caution to you, if you buy one, try it as soon as you get it.

It stopped working after my third or fourth attempt. I am very disappointed.
