Worth it!
These are so much better than old-school nose strips. The adhesive is gentle on my sensitive skin, they stay on even when I move around in my sleep, work great for side sleeping, and don't budge with sweat. They're not reusable, but the price is honestly worth the quality. They fit both my smaller nose and my partners bigger nose, and the nose strip does an unbelievable job helping us both breath easier.

3rd generation tabs
The original tabs were great. But, a few months ago they switched them to a terrible adhesive and basically ruined the product. The adhesive would tear my skin and not stay on very well. However, this newest order the tabs are great again. It seems they have changed them yet again, but now for the better and more reminiscent of the original tabs. Very, very happy with this new change.

These are FANTASTIC
I have moderate obstructive sleep apnea and and moderate deviated septum and I love using these. I use them mainly at night, but I find myself wearing them a few hours after I wake up because I can actually breathe with them on. At night, I still snore at night, but I still feel significantly more rested when I wear these. I've seen others talk about a few of the stickers in the pack not being sticky enough to stay, but the only time I personally experienced this was when I did not clean the area first. You do have to play around with the location of where you place them, but even if I don't put it on the perfect spot, it still helps out so much.

New tabs in black packaging are complete failures
I've been using intake breathing for 2 years. Up until last month It was an absolute five star product. The nose tabs never came loose overnight and the product was like a dream. Unfortunately, last month or so they changed the nose tabs. They are now thinner and flimsier, which would not be a big deal, except for the fact that almost every single night for the last several weeks since they changed, the nose tabs have failed overnight. In about half of the failures one tab will come completely off, but almost every single night at least one of the tabs has lifted partiall, which prevents the nose band from keeping my nose open like it used to. It used to be a product that I told everyone was the absolute best thing for weak knows walls, deviated septums, just if you didn't breathe well at night. Used to be amazing. But now I don't think I'll even buy the product anymore because it's absolutely not effective. I haven't changed anything about the way I apply the nose tabs, and have even started using their new prep pads, which are just alcohol swabs. I don't remember them ever actually having prep pads for the last 2 years, I just recently noticed them. They must have realized that they're new nose tabs are not the same quality adhesive as the old one. I never needed to do anything but wash my nose with soap and water with the old style nose pads. I literally had zero failures over the past 2 years. And now almost every night I have at least a partial failure with lifting, or a total failure where the nose tab actually comes completely off. I contacted customer service several times to let them know that the new tabs are now basically useless to me. Their response was that the new design only changed the appearance of the tab and not the adhesivehe. But I can guarantee that as soon as the nose tabs changed, which was very evident because it went from a white package to a black package, they immediately began to fail, where they had never failed before. If the skin on your nose is even slightly oily, I seriously doubt that this product will work for you. I am a 60-year-old woman who has normal to dry skin. This product literally went from a five-star dream product to a one-star failure overnight with the change.

Over a year of use โ comfortable, reliable, and a great value
My husband has been using these adhesive tabs for over a year, so weโve had plenty of time to see how they perform long-term. He has fairly oily skin, but they still stay securely in place throughout the entire night. He also hasnโt experienced any skin irritation after all this time. He has a deviated septum, and while this obviously doesnโt fix that, he feels like he can breathe better through his nose when wearing the Intake system. He also snores noticeably less, which I definitely appreciate as his wife! ๐ He says he sleeps better with it and finds it comfortable enough to wear every night. The value for the money is excellent, especially compared with the original branded replacement tabs. These have worked reliably for him at a lower price. He also travels frequently and takes them everywhere. Theyโre small, lightweight, and easy to pack, so he can continue using the system whether heโs at home or traveling. After more than a year of regular use, we continue to repurchase them. Comfortable, good adhesion even on oily skin, travel-friendly, and a great value.

Replacements are not the same quality as original.
I love Intake! Got the starter pack, and it changed my life. Never breathed better. I have a deviated septum, opens my passageways right up. Biggest downside is the cost of the replacements. I will say, after trying several generic brands, none added up to the adhesive of the initial pack. These replacements were worse than any of the generic brands I have bought. I'm not sure what the change in quality was from the Starter pack to these replacements, but some of the replacement adhesives do not stick for even 10 minutes. Let me emphasize that I am very clean, wash my nose, dry it, sometimes use alcohol or witch hazel to remove any residue, allow that area to dry thoroughly before properly adhering the magnetic strips. The ones that came with the pack would last near 18 hours, even through laborious work, exercise, and once through light rain. Generics last roughly 4-8 hours, and these replacements are completely hit or miss. 10 minutes-6 hours. Not worth $45.... Maybe they were left in the sun in a truck (I grabbed them 5 minutes after being placed on my porch), I'm not sure, but would not recommend until they commit to the quality in which they are charging. -Update: After the post, Intake reached out and gave a new pack of the adhesives. These work closer to the starter, but still need to be replaced about every 6-8 hours, regardless if you are sweating or not. The bottom part always seems to lift, no matter the placement. Been using consistently for about 3 months.

Better night sleep
Been using this product for almost a year and it works. I breathe better at night so I sleep better. It's a little pricey but so far the best strips out there. Make sure you remove excess moisturizer or else it won't stick well. Highly recommended

These Are Amazing. . .Sometimes
In the spirit of AI which is sweeping over the world, here is my "AI" review of the Intake Breathing Refill Tabs (written entirely and solely by me). 1. Airway Improvement- When the tabs are placed correctly and stay adhered, they work amazing. The amount of air I can breathe in and expel through my nose is nothing short of amazing. I can't speak to whether they affect my snoring but being able to breathe through my nose at night or while working out is a potential life changer. I think I've been able to get more sleep at night with the tabs. 2. Adhesive Inconsistency- Unfortunately, the tabs do not stay adhered very well. They have not stayed properly adhered overnight for the three nights I've use them so far (for reference, the starter kit tabs, which were slightly different, did not stay adhered well either). Today, I attempted to exercise with them and one side started coming loose within 45 minutes. The following actions also seem to have led to loosening the adhesive tabs at different points: -blowing my nose -wrinkling my nose -smiling -eating To confirm, I wash my nose before adhering the tabs. I have tried soap/water, alcohol wipe, and alcohol-based hand sanitizer (and various combinations of those). Washing certainly works better than not. . .but they still often come off. 3. Alignment Issues- It is not easy, for me, to apply them consistently in the correct location (although they DID improve the peel on the back of the tabs. . .it used to be two equal sized peels, now there is a small peel and a larger peel and that seems to work MUCH better when I pull the big peel off first. .. props for that improvement). This might be my own issue though as I don't think my nose is symmetrical so putting the tabs on the same place on each side of my nose doesn't really seem to work. Putting the tabs where i THINK they are most effective on MY nose doesn't line them up perfectly with the symmetrical nose bridge piece and makes the nose bridge crooked It's POSSIBLE that this leads the nose bridge to pull one of the tabs off. 4. Ain't Inexpensive- If you buy the 90 pack, they cost $0.89 per use. Notice, I didn't say per day. I'm on my second pair today (one to work out this morning and one to bed). I've also had to pull some off that I placed in the wrong place (maybe I'll get better in time but peeling and re-sticking leads to them coming off much more quickly). It's a shame that the magnets are wasted after every use. I'm not sure what the answer is but it would be nice if there were some sort of recycling program to reduce waste and reduce the cost. When these things are applied in the correct place, they are amazing. IF it were easy to get them adhered in the right place every time and if they stayed on better, I would give these an enthusiastic 5 star rating. . .even at the current cost and wastefulness.

Bad quality - new design
The quality has been declining week over week, the new design is horrible and the adhesive are too weak to an extent they are unusable.

These are the original knces from intake. Well at the ones that came with the system
Not the same as the original one fro Intake breathing. The metal against the skin is not covered and the strips off the back are more challenging to remove.
