Non-slip , fit for training and hiit apart from yoga
It’s nice and non- slip , good for hiit and training just like in the gym , good quality , non odour which nice compared to leather mats , good thickness . This mat is shoe resistant which is a very unique quality . The only think I disliked is sometimes the mat may slid due to it’s lighter weight for example while doing full crunches !

Decent mat
The mat did live up to my expectations. Perfect thickness. The only con is that there was already a depression where the mat folds rendering that crease thinner and doesn't bounce back to same thickness. If i avoid that, then its perfect. However, the makers should have had a design that rolls up instead of folds to avoid this.
