It goes on well and helps with diaper rashes. My only complaint is the container/tube. This is a thicker product, so it is hard to get it out by squeezing the tube. Especially when you get to the end of the tube it's hard to get every last drop (while also trying to keep your baby still!). When it was time to get more, I got the 6oz jar instead and love it so much better! I use one of the spatula things to apply the diaper cream, so it works perfectly with that.
