Seller is very responsive. I requested expediated delivery and they did it. There was issue with one of the part missing but seller responded well and fast and shipped item quickly. Very nice looking doors. I bought these for my son's home office. They seem to be sturdy and well-constructed. I liked the quality of the glass and the overall appearance. The downside is that I could have got doors available at Lowes for about 60% for what I paid for these. The ones at Lowes are solid wood, and from what I could tell made much better. The trim with these are just compressed paper, cardboard, whatever. The intent is that it is easier, quicker, simpler to install. It's not. I ended up not using the supplied trim, and just framing the trim in like it's been done for 200+years. Much easier!! Overall good doors, but if you're willing to sholp around and look, you can find better quality at for lower price.
