Thai Kitchen Instant Rice, Lemon Grass And Chili, 1.6-Ounce Unit (Pack of 12)

I LOVE this product! I don't usually eat it "as is", but it IS fine that way. Typically, I add 1 T of creamy PB, a dash of Sriracha, a squeeze of lime and an xtra cup of chicken broth so that the noodles get nice and soft. Sometimes I mash in some silken tofu and soy sauce too. It's a great product to play with and it's so convenient. As someone who suffers with GI issues (since Covid) this product gives me a yummy, nutritious meal w/o side effects such as GERD (since Covid).

Pricier than in the store, but my local store doesn't keep this flavor all the time. They sell out & it takes a whole to reorder, so it's worth it to pay a little more here than have to drive an hour round trip, plus gas, taking half a day, feeding kids on the road etc. It's my absolute FAVORITE flavor!! I have to eat gluten free & missed Ramen noodles so I tried this. I like them better than Ramen noodles. The serving size looks small, but it swells & it's actually the perfect size. It fills me up, but not to the point I'm stuffed & miserable. It has a tangy, spicy flavor. This flavor isn't vegitarian. It has shrimp powder listed in the Ingriedients. I also have the Thai regular noodles. I took my fish oil, gluten free/salt free chicken bullion powder, chili powder, & lemongrass essential oil and made a knockoff version when i ran out of these. It was pretty good but not as easy & good as this!

You're paying for the convenience rather than the contents as I can get the noodles at the Oriental market for 1/10 of the price. However, this is ready within minutes-I just cut up precooked shrimp, add slightly sauteed mushrooms, and top with green onions along with my own hot chili oil and hot sesame oil. I dispose of the canola oil that comes in the packet for personal reasons. Great for when you're in a hurry.

I order this all the time, because I eat this all the time. In 7 mins, I have a bowl of hot noodle soup to go with my veggies and sardines. It's my go-to for tail gate adventuring as well as rafting/fly fishing and hiking trips. Delicious, gluten-free and healthy! Yummm!

Gluten free, quick and easy snack or you can make this into a meal. I really love this product. I only gave it 4 stars because it took FOREVER to receive, and when I emailed the company, I don't think they ever gave me a response. However, I would DEFINITELY order again.

I love this stuff. Publix here in Nashville stopped carrying it about a month ago. I was SURE I could get it at WalMart (what CAN'T you get at WalMart?) but it wasn't there either. Not sure if it's being discontinued but I stocked up just in case. 170 calories. Gluten free. You can add some veggies to it. I think it tastes just like what I bought in the store. Date is at least a year from now so it's fresh. Nice lime green box. I bought THREE boxes of it . . . . A quick go to lunch or dinner when you're too tired to make anything else! The rice noodles are less heavy than udon and the flavored oil adds a kick (you can leave it out if you want). I like the Lemongrass and the Curry.

These packages were so small. I definitely feel that I paid too much for them. I will not purchase them again. I will find something more cost effective.

There is no detectable lemongrass flavor. It's salty and it's sour. There is a hint of garlic, but lemongrass? NO. Summer camps for kids and some schools used to offer up "mystery meat". Now we have "mystery soup" Inedible. Total waste of my money. Had to throw out the remaining 11 packets.
