It breaks too easily and not too strong

I am playing drums for 25 years and recently went order my usual Vater sugar maple 5A's to find that they are €12 a pair- crazy!! I decided to try these sticks and I'm highly surprised- now don't get me wrong they are not as balanced or well matched as the Vaters but they are %95 there! If you are a pro playing every night or a recording drummer maybe you can justify the cost of Vaters Promark etc. but for a hobbyist doing the odd gig you really need to give these a try- I have done 7 shows with them and haven't broken one yet.

I'm on my second batch. Use these for practice. Really decent at that price. Can be very dry, so slip easily but for cheap practice batches that your going to get a good few hours out of, you can't go wrong. Highly recommend for heavy practice use and very cheap.

As a bass player, I got these for my other half (the drummer, not the wife!) to try out and see if they'd be a good replacement for his usual choice. This was his feedback:They were slightly thicker toward the tip, and with a larger rounder tip, than his usual sticks, but neither of these is particularly a plus/minus, it's more a matter of what you're used to using. He did say there didn't seem to be as much rebound as he'd normally expect. He said they were lighter than they looked, and would maybe suit a heavier hitter rather than a more laid-back drummer.He found them comfortable to grip and was happy to use them throughout our last practice session.For the price, he reckoned overall they'd be well worth investing in - his usual choice come in at over ten pounds a pair, so this price for a pack of 12 pairs makes them a very good bargain.NB unlike some other reviewers, there was no sign of any mould or grime on the sticks when they arrived - perfect condition!

I bought these based on price and quantity.Great to have plenty of spare sticks to hand buy despite being the right shape of tip, the sticks lack a decent feel to me.They are lighter than other brands and I suspect the wood is the issue.That said, if you get through sticks, it's a hard proce to turn down.Play-wise again, they feel somewhat light.

My grandson gets through so many drumsticks I’m hoping these will last a good while.

These drumsticks are functionally just as good as any other. Don't let brands fool you into buying a pair of sticks that cost as much as this pack. Unless you're frequently breaking sticks these will last you many many years
